110 is pretty good. You only need about 115 to do most stuff. But 135 is considered normal. Anything to bend the knee works: heel slides with belt, seated bending using other leg for pressure, or on your belly (prone) with a strap around ankle pulling foot toward butt. All stretches should be gentle levels of pain or discomfort. Maybe 3-5 reps, 30 second hold 2-3x/day. I’ve and ibuprofen for pain/swelling. Should be able to find those stretch easily by google. Anyone should work. Pick your favorite of the three.

I’ve seen none of these things. Edge of 17 sounds a bit too teen in many ways, no interest in marvel movies or pitch perfect. So I am out of her loop. Probably respect her most, know she was in True Grit remake.

Not seeing too many south hills suggestions. I’m from Buffalo and haven’t found much to get excited about. Trolley Stop wasn’t terrible. Fiori’s are okay. But nothing I get excited about.

Judy Greer is fantastic on Arrested Development obviously, but the short-lived show Reboot was really good. She was excellent. I Recommend the watch, only 1 season I believe.

I love his little struts. So silly. His corny jokes. Outstanding.
