Yep, I'm just continuing Spanish bc 2 years is recommended, and the IB status will be a good GPA boost (the first 2 years of Spanish are regular only - no honors available). I heard the class isn't too bad for level 3. I definitely don't want to do the exam, bc while I could either try or just write dumb stuff on the written portion, the spoken part would not go well at all. 

Same. I know what grade I got for the IO in terms of my semester 2 final in IB Lit, but that definitely was not the IB way of grading it.

What level of Spanish is IB at your school (how many levels of regular or honors Spanish are available before IB)? I'm going into IB Spanish 3, which is just the 3rd available level of Spanish at my school (I started at level 2 last year after skipping it for grades 9 and 10). We also have levels 4 - 6, which are also IB. Idk how that works, and I probably won't take the exam because a potential credit is not worth the fear of doing it in another language for me. The English IO was horrid enough this year.😬😅

It's not mocking, it's reality. No amount of just wanting it will get you a 5. If you don't perform well on the test, you will not get a 5, and nothing you do after the fact will change that.

No logical person is doing "spells and potions" after the AP exam to get a 5, especially not someone who has any chance of getting a 5.

Exactly! Like it's  🧠: I did it once, so PERFECTION OR BUST!!! And not only that, I want to do the best for the sake of everyone else involved with me taking the class: My parents, because they paid for the exam and they don't demand a 5, but they do have the confidence that I'll get one, which I'm too worried about. My classmates, because they knew I knew what I was doing in class. Before the exam started, I had a circle of people around me asking their last questions, and I don't want to be that person and then not do great on the exam. Most importantly, my teacher, because she did such a great job preparing us, and did all the practice we needed while learning and still had time for tons of review time in class. I definitely want to show her how much that helped by getting a 5. Not to mention, my APUSH teacher last year was awesome and funny, but it was my 1st class, and we had less review time, so I feel like it would be devastating to now get a 4 or less in my favorite AP class that I was more comfortable in throughout the year.  Basically, no one will actually be disappointed in me if I get a 4, but I will be very disappointed for myself and all of them if I do. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk lol (essay).

You have to be logged in to Reddit on a computer or laptop. Go to the APStudents subreddit and on the right side of the screen there should be a flair section with your username in it that you can edit. I was also confused by this when I couldn't do it on my phone.

Lol I'm planning to major in engineering and I would probably run out of time and cry during mathy FRQs because I understand it, but I'm not at all fast. Praying I survive my IB math exam next year.
