Mine had a hand pump but as a kid I always wanted to disassemble some things to see how they worked, so I disassembled that pump was a cheap one did it after I had 2 balloons and the rest is history lol. Main hard thing was to get the balloons to expand at first after that it was easy.

Yes Nazarick has 10 floors, it used to be a dungeon but the guild claimed it conquered it and got it as reward. Level wise nearly all guardians are max level except Victim and Gargantua since he was already part of the dungeon from what I remember. Maid wise if you mean the pleiades I think they were around level 80 except Aureole Omega, if it’s the regular maids they’re all level 1 if I’m correct. Level wise Nazarick had a set limit of use to make npcs but by using what’s called memory crystals (if I remember the name correctly) you could make so many more npcs without using the levels from the dungeon. One person who was known for using the memory crystals was Tabula Smaragdina. I’m not sure if I’m accurate about all this anymore but most or all of it should be pretty accurate.
