Can you take a picture from further away? From the pics everything looks extremely wrong. I can't understand why someone would design it that way.

I have learned through many f*cks up to:
Wait a minimum of atleast 12H (preferably 24H for Titebond III) before working on board (Through planner/flattening Jig and juice grooves or handles)
and
24H for oils/finish of any types. Helps the glue fully cure and for everything to be set in place!
