You and I have nearly opposite tastes, except maybe some of the bottom tier selections. Cheers to being different, friend.

Also I would like to add that your income for your age and experience level is fine. A lot of folks on here seem to be beating you up for that, which is unfair. Just need to trim back the spending.

I would strongly suggest making financial decisions using a budget rather than feel. A $500 car payment is outrageous, and the apartment is a luxury. I live in LCOL and have a roommate and a 20yo car. Plus make quite a bit more. These decisions are guided by financial budgeting and analysis, not feel.

Could be that some folks are naturally more notcurnal than others. In fact, that’s a scientific fact.

Cool story bro, it’s not for everyone 🤣 but there are a bunch of other options

Wisconsin too. The dells, door county, north woods like minocqua, EAA in oshkosh, packer game in green bay, summerfest in milwaukee (just happened), madison is a nice city.

Edit: the apostle islands would be awesome too, could help you check off both MN and WI

Everyone here is talking about deep-seeded management issues, which is all true, but another huge issue here is that they have hundreds of aircraft that were certified by their own “FAA inspectors” that are potentially unfit to fly. Even if they immediately solved their management crisis, there will not be a true decrease in safety related incidents for quite some time.

Pretty common but in my experiences it doesn’t impact traffic too much (for those that have lived in this neighborhood for a while, correct me if i’m wrong)

Wow, almost 50 downvotes on a single comment. Impressive!

Wonder if any parking garages would work

Healthcare is a huge part of our community, I have plenty of friends and family that are nurses in the area and no one has ever struggled finding employment or promotions.

Some people may say the community doesn’t feel safe, but the statistics and data does NOT back this claim up. Green bay is one of the safest metro areas. There are perhaps a couple of neighborhoods that aren’t great, but they are easy enough to avoid.

The one thing I will say is there aren’t a ton of people in our age range here, especially when we compare it to a place like Madison. It is not strictly older people, but Green Bay is a better place to raise a family than it is to spend your 20s.

Edit: however, within the nursing community, I’d imagine there will be plenty of people in our age range

I will defend your honor as a fellow midwesterner with defended honor (WI)

I found mine through glassdoor although it was a custom feed from indeed. Still, their algorithm was picking up on the types of things i was searching for and sent some solid suggestions I may or may not have found on indeed by myself.

He wasn’t asking about flat or negative returns. He was asking about losing life savings.
