Oh no I absolutely agree that Sgaeyl was sizing Violet up at first but when Violet refused to look away I think that’s when Sgaeyl was like “hmmm”

And from that point on she passed info on to Tairn and that’s why he said “I know exactly who you are Violet Sorrengail”

I think her second signet is going to be distance. Andarna said so many times that she goes where she is needed - what if that’s the clue for Violet’s signet. Violet will go where she is needed. She jumped from dragon to dragon to save her friends.

I also think that Violet will be able to ride Andarna despite the elders thinking she will never be able to bear the weight of a rider. Except Violet is much smaller than any regular rider. And there’s no way that the most powerful dragon rider of their generation won’t be able to ride BOTH of her dragons. She will be able to use distance wielding to jump to and from her dragons.

Tairn said she would need accommodations - THIS is her accommodation.

I read it 3rd and I recommend it! I cried my heart out after reading it and I don’t think I would’ve been hit in the feels as hard if I had read it first.

I saw a theory somewhere else about Azriel & Mor. Basically it was that Az knows, and continues to pine for her anyways because he doesn’t feel like he deserves love and who better to love than someone who could never love you back.
