As someone who grew up between the Midwest cities and deep south, she is probably really genuine, but she grew up in a bubble. Alot of girls are raised to be super ‘pleasant’ and that behavior is reinforced in their hobbies (cheer, competitive dance, pageants) so for people who only come across those personalities in those spaces, its hard for us to not see it as an ‘act’. Specific to Reece she seems kinda aloof and inexperienced, but I mean who are we to judge?

Yeah, in the midwest undergraduate education is the baseline, and you should be working in a field with your degree. People who do the lib stuff need to get their masters or PhDs and those are time consuming, so they tend to leave dcc before 4 years. Plus being conservative is something you don’t put on display in the midwest at least, liberals are the vocal ones, whereas in the south its the opposite.

Just graduated w a BSN (2.98 gpa) in biopsych, I plan on taking my remaining courses (physiology,anatomy,biochem, physics). My grades really tanked following covid as I had to work full time and then the passing of my parent really affecting me. I plan on taking the MCAT and potentially the GRE. I’ve worked a year as a sports medical assistant and currently work as a CA for a Gastroenterology clinic which I plan to stay for the next two years + getting my shadowing and LOR from.
