Okay I know this is a super long shot but has anyone had luck finding a bike they sold 14-15 years ago?? My dad sold his 94 Dyna in Florida in “2008-2009-2010 not sure” when we moved there from Virginia. I was only 4ish around that time so I don’t remember much. Well now I’m interested in trying to attempt find it and buy it back. It was a custom so it’s not like it was just a black bike. Problem is he doesn’t remember who he sold it to, then vin or anything. He does have the old tag he last had on it but idk if that’s much help really. Am I waisting my time or should I try my luck at finding it?
ETA: His words not mine “It was a candy apple red tangerine orange it had yellow and blue lightning bolts on the tank and tens”
I hate saying this but our foreman did that in a new 350 and it was about 17k worth of repairs. He drove it until it cut out before realizing though
