My first home was built by a Indian builder and all the finishes and everything looked awesome. Pretty much as soon as the year new home warranty was up all the cracks started to show. the entire main floor tile needed to be redone as it was not done correctly, tiles would crack just from stepping in the wrong spot. Of course the builder was no where to be found and I believe they shut down and started a new company under a different name. I personally will never buy from a Indian builder again but some of them may be great that was just my experience.
