People being annoyed with Tera Pokémon are shortsighted. Tera Greninja is currently the top card of the era and judging cards based on the base ex isn’t worthwhile. The Tera eeveelutions coming to Japan at the end of the year are going to do fantastic.

Art continues to step up each set and I don’t expect that to stop anytime soon.

All of those have rotated out at one point but the safest cards out of the ones you have listed are boss and research as they are constantly printing new versions of those cards since they were reintroduced in early SWSH.

Cards I see never rotating out would be energy search, Switch, poke ball, potion.

The 2019-2020 block did not have a legal escape rope. That was ultra prism to darkness ablaze, escape rope was in burning shadows and reintroduced in Battle Styles.

It’s not going to be the subset in August, the subset will most likely be June’s JP set plus the cut cards from the new set. Thematically it fits with the 1st DLC as it would wrap up the story of Ogrepon and the lousy trio before moving to Terapagos and DLC 1.

That leaves us with July’s Stellar miracle being our Sept set (the cards from this post). After that, the dragon and the Tera Pikachu sets from (Sept and October respectively) will most likely make up our November set.

Before secret rares, this will be the smallest set since 2018’s Forbidden Light (excluding special sets).

It’s a competition first and foremost but the Pokémon company sets up a shop there that sells exclusive merchandise there that is very valuable. Also people all over the world come to compete and visit so it’s great opportunities to buy and sell.

Can you post pictures of the gold cards and the etched cards from the etb booklet. I want to see if the whole set if they added the gold energies and the whole line of etched cards as well

A lot of…interesting advice on here outside of the top comment (at the time at least). To answer your questions

-Grading loose packs is incredibly tough to get a good grade even fresh from a box and I found them when graded to be hard to move. Don’t grade them

-bubble wrap is a good call but I would start by carefully sandwiching the blister between 2 pieces of cardboard to give it some rigidity as well. Make sure not to tape any part of the cardboard nor tape it too tightly.

-the battle styles pack I would just rip, it isn’t worth listing lmao. The burning shadows and the unleashed both look opened so I would sell them as loose packs with the packaging on the side. The bottom left three pack blister is by far the highest price item but it will be most likely the toughest to sell (theme decks are a weird market and one I’m not super familiar with. Listing it as buy it now is always the best option, never do auctions. 99/100 you will not get the price you were expecting. I would use a combination of recent sold and what is currently listed to try and get that ballpark number buy it now option.

Charizard in TR was never a dark type. He was a dark Charizard but still fire type.

However, there has been a dark type Charizard before. It’s Gold Star Charizard from dragon frontier.

Yes and so to get out of it you can use Boss’s Orders or escape rope to have that card switched out if you are running a purely fire deck.

Exactly and people who have played the game for a while now don’t like it too. It has been an insane power creep every since the Tag Team era and with Scarlet and Violet bringing back ex cards (strong cards that evolve) the game can start to heal itself. It will take multiple sets to get it back to more about evolution but they are working on it.

All that said, the TCG is still fun to play right now and I have been having a blast. I only started playing the TCG since May.
