Interesting. My main gripe is that you’re allowed to drive into the core of assembly for parking. That area should have been closed off and only allow bikes, trucks for deliveries and Uber eats drivers. The parking garages should be facing outwards so you don’t need to drive in there.

Your bedroom is your bedroom. Your parents aren’t randomly knocking on your door. You can bring a girl over without having to introduce her to anyone. I can make an entire list about how living with roommates is way more private. I can leave dirty dishes in my room without anyone yelling at me. Etc etc
Why not just split a house with 3 other roommates? You’ll save a ton of money while still having privacy.
