It's an old Brick Mill with no insulation. We quickly passed up on it once we toured it. The head of Maintenance at our current apartment used to be the head of Maintenance at Clock Tower mills. He said it was impossible for the AC to keep up in the summer and impossible for the heat to keep up in the winter. People have crazy high utility bills there. Also the walls carry sound and you can hear your neighbors very easily. 10/10 glad we didn't live there.
