Bypass sliding doors? Do you mean barn doors or pocket doors? One has the hardware on the outside of the wall and one on the inside. If it were me I would put double jacks/trimmers on both ends and just put the “header” on top of that. The floor system is already holding the load in this area so you dont need a header per se, just something to hold the door up (if you go barn door) and bring the wall down to the top of the door.
If you want to got pocket door you might have issues with anything bigger than a single door. You may be able to double up that existing wall and hide it in there, I would need more pics.
