Yeah was definitely a simple job for a plumber but ive never soldered before and unfortunately don't know any plumbers. Was expecting like 400 so I am happy haha

Well i watched him do it so i could totally do it now

Im the customer that wants to hold the flashlight and see what you're doing haha

Haha I'll be on my best behavior. But yeah it's easy to access and should be pretty simple for an actual plumber. Cool I was thinking at least 400

Yeah im getting a plumber just cus I've never soldered before.

Yeah thats what i did they come out this evening (the little leak did stop for now but i know its a ticking time bomb now). Want it done right so dont have to worry about.

So you're saying yo would cut out the T from the main water line and start over there? Can you ballpark how much you would charge? Thanks

Thankfully i see no scorching haha. That water heater was 14 yrs old before I just replaced so its actually held up decently. Just noticed it will drip a little when getting moved but then stops again.

Getting a plumber to come and solder in a new connection so i don't have to worry about it anymore.

Yeah this i what im thinking just for piece of mind I'd like something soldered there. Any ballpark on how much it will cost me

Sounds about right. The water heater was 14 years old so im guessing thats how old that connection is. But it only started leaking because i bumped it a little bit getting the new water heater in place.

But a plumber will be able to solder a new and better connection right

Yeah couple months im thinking. He knows exactly what he needs to do now and he can focus on it without as much pressure in Norfolk. Then come back a new player sometime after the all star break.

Yeah with the caveat of *regular season so no one is going to brag about it this year

Amy: Why is the eulogy in all caps

Capt Holt: So i remember to yell it
