2 Cups Water

5 Cups King Arther Bread Flour

1 Tablespoon salt.

I do three stretch and folds once an hour for three hours and then pop it in the fridge for 12-24 hours
Pull out, shape and let sit for 1-3 hours depending on how they rise

I preheat the dutch oven and Ninja to 450 degrees

Insert dough and squirt with a spray bottle

Cook for 30 mintues pull out and spray again and cook an addition 15 minutes

Uncover and lower temp to 350 cook another 15 minutes and viola I have bread.

This will be the rest of your life if you don't set expectations now it doesn't take a million years to pop by target and grab a card and some flowers even.
