[TOMT] 2010s alternative song with female singer, flute loop, lyrics mention “got a job and I’m working” Open.
Doubled voice track, sounded similar to early Blue Hawaii vocals. Lyrics mention “got a job and I’m workin” and the singer sing “oh oh way oh”. It was on XM’s Alt Nation around 2012-2014 based on my memory but beyond that I’m clueless. I’ve been trying to find this song for 10+ years and keep finding artists that sound similar but never the song. Here’s to hoping!
While I want to think this is true, owl believe it when I see it. Honestly though, birds are so crazy. We’ve had herons fighting behind our house and it’s like the most dinosaur sounding thing I could ever imagine. Effin birds, man.

We Don’t Need To Whisper by Angels & Airwaves. Singles came out and the album released when 15/16 year old me needed it most. Got me through some angst riddled times.
How was Miracle so good and Feedback aka ADTR tries to make Fuel by Metallica so bad? Miracle was perfectly catchy, perfectly heavy and then you have Feedback with its generally bland sound and awful, dare I say worst line of all of their music “If I want your feedback I'll let you know motherfucker” like why? Very angry stepdad energy

Take this advice with a grain of salt as I’m simply a music nerd who doesn’t own many actual instruments; both together for that price is going to run you into some junk quality items. Gretsch guitars are affordable and solid for entry purposes, then maybe sourcing an amp through something like marketplace or eBay even may be best. Both new for $430 will likely be kids toy quality junk. If you’re in the US or Canada sweetwater is a great site with a very solid reputation and to notch service.
I got a madewell button up shirt for the expensive price of $29.99, I love it but will never pay $90 for another one from the company.
