If my phone screen is off, I usually get multiple cards detected. It also happens occasionally if I'm on my lock screen, but if you just unlock your phone, it works 100% of the time for me on a Pixel 7.

If you're worried about getting double charged ( hasn't happened to me) you can go to wallet settings > Verification settings > Transit payments and turn on Verification required for credit and debit.

The design of these all look pretty decent! Especially the ones under 30 storeys.

This is located in Mississauga City Centre which doesn't have a height limit. Also M3 will become the tallest building outside of Toronto proper in Canada.

I don't know the example you're talking about, but if City staff recommend a building for approval and council votes against it, the Developer would usually send it to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). Most of the time, if it's not a ridiculous proposal, it would get approved at the OLT; it only really delays construction.

Also, as far as I know, most city council members are fine with Mississauga City Centre. If they did reject the proposal of M3, it will go to the OLT and get approved since, in the official plan, Mississauga City Center does not have a height requirement unless it fails in sewer capacities and other factors.

Made a mistake in the label: Mississauga M3 is 260.29m or 77 storeys and Richmond hill Y9825 is 22 storeys

Idk if I would say a 'lot nicer' but that's just generally how renderings goes. The bricks looks darker irl but with the right lighting it doesn't look too bad imo

It's apart of the GTA so I just consider it as suburb for this post. In which case I should add Bowmanville since they have a 12 storey buildings U/C. (anything 12+ is generally considered a highrise)

In his excel it is a 'W' mostly because it doesn't yet have 100 skyscrapers

I'm also have extremely fast battery drain after the update for my right earbud. It will say low battery and then immediately die for using less than 30min.

In terms of high rise 12+ stories Toronto has double of Chicago. Also has more for 100m+ and is even more when including its suburban municipalities.

That's mostly because Toronto amalgamated with its suburbs which reduced its density. Old Toronto is 21k/sq mi might be more comparable imo.

Show both old 60's and 70's style slab apartment buildings to modern point tower condominiums.

You can get 6 cranes in one shot at Zonta Meadows Park of Voya (3 cranes) and Avia 1&2 (3 cranes).

The houses on the island are the cheapest single family houses you can buy as it's a lottery system and the prices are based on a formula so no bidding.

Also the province owns the land that the houses are on.

If this is supposed to be an architectural elevation drawing, then it has more detail on the advertisement spaces than what the building is supposed to look.

That's what I ment. The higher Revenue/Cost Ratio show the system are well used here.

Ops misread what you wrote. Yeah, Calgary main Oil and gas headquarters are located in downtown.

Canadian streets are similar to American but pedestrian fatalities are closer to Australia than the US.

I've heard the argument that Canadian system are funned more but Canadian cities have higher fares and have higher rider/cost ratio % and are often less subsided from federal and provincial governments.
