Buy the miniature screwdriver set, sizing the bracelet yourself is a breeze. If you need to make the micro adjustment in the clasp on my Explorer 1 is a little bit harder and you'll need a spring bar tool also available on Amazon for a few dollars. The micro adjustment in the clasp has three positions and is like a half link change.

For number 2, the bracelet on my Clean Explorer 1 was perfect out of the box.
