I find it hilarious you thought this warranted its own post at first.
But anyway, if he hadn't done what he did, he'd be worth more than 80. But now we'll lucky to get 40. None of the clubs that could've paid 80m or more are interested apparently.
Yes. We've had players missing bigger chances before and it's been fine. One miss doesn't say anything about his mentality
An insane ballon d'or clause probably
Your opinions aren't "the truth".
So you disagree with the targets, who'd you rather we target?
Some people seem to demand only the perfect players, players with no potential flaws in their game.... despite no such player existing
I was only able to catch the end but from what I've read from others, this seem to be a fairly accurate summary for the most part
Oh shit, what a timing
That would've been.... veeeery interesting the whole process if it were to somehow happen
Higher chance of him leaving
I only caught the last question to Trump about if he would accept the election result even if he lost and I found it funny but also sad that he went straight to the immigrants
Have De Ligt been heavily linked though?
I'm really curious what you're referring to as I cannot think of a single moment she is "pure evil" - which makes me think it might be sarcasm but it is unclear
Feeling like not enough support by the suits upstairs, which is warranted. We could've been competitive but unlikely anytime soon with the seemingly lack of attention they are getting.
Dunno who gets upset about it but that someone should probably do some self-reflection.
"According to some sources"? What sources?
If he was ever on a list, I'd assume it was a list of EVERY manager where they then narrow it down step by step as more and more criteria gets put in
Kinda relatable, I still get a little "oh shit" when our players pass to him in that position because I'm used to so many other players than Mainoo
Martinez gets called out and is talked about as the guy that might hold Portugal back. You not seeing it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
When there are fans that support English players, like Mainoo and Shaw, but don't have a national team that is likely to even regularly compete for trophies, it is frustrating to see an English side that should've done so much better and to see our players get so much shit because of the managers inability to use the resources available. Doesn't help that there is a clear racial bias when it comes to picking targets when the England squad inevitably fail to live up to the hype. (And people are still pissed off at how Rashford, Sancho, and Saka became the primary targets after the last Euros)
As it stands, Germany won't meet Spain until the final at the earliest (Group A 2. Place on the other side of the knockouts)
And Real Sociedad
Haven't seen someone claim they enjoyed the England matches as much as you just did
Good thing both things can be worked on at the same time
We support individual players when they represent nations we don't really support yes. I'm not English, the only reason I want to see England succeed is because of our players. Only reason I want to see any nation succeed is because of our players being involved. We support an English football club, we support the English players that play for our club, but England itself isn't supported automatically because of that.
One could argue if it is funny but comparing Ronaldo to Homelander is a joke yes
