From analysing cues to taking action, types of healthy or resilient mindsets to adopt, and regulating emotions. Hope to hear your tips.
Thats solid advice, thanks.
Same, I like my routine. Learning practical, life skills is nice too.
Oh unfortunately SME is only for PR or citizens. There’s another method for visa holders but it has stricter rules.
Second this! It’s relatively easy to start - sign up for a SME and go from there.
Good advise, thanks.
Thats a good statement. Thanks.
I think it’s best to consult a psychologist for a personalised answer. I can relate to the family part - it sucks. Wishing you the best. 🌸
I agree, this helped me too. Only after interacting with unfavourable people, I see small talks as a way to gauge the person’s behaviour/ mindset.
I don’t have one, and it makes me anxious and act in unpredictable ways (too stern, too right in my ways) when I try to control a long-term outcome.
I do have a goal to migrate with my partner someday, but that planning is for later. For now, I’m tackling current problems - observing, planning, solving… and it’s nice this way.
Gen z here. Same re the symbolisms. I think its okay to like it for deeper interpretations or other reasons - tbh i catch myself humming to it cs it’s just catchy.
And yeah, Millennials did the same to us and some of us probably felt misunderstood or harshly judged. Remember this when you face the gen after u.
Every generation has its own slangs, and outliers that don’t get the appeal in them. It’s pretty normal.
I see. Happy that he’s doing good w the diagnosis. Hope that it gets better for ya! Gluck :)
My partner got diagnosed first and suggested that I might have it too! Funny thing is I suggested him the same. We both saw it in each other but not in ourselves.
Haha I can definitely relate to almost all of this. Your experience seems normal to me, being recently diagnosed and all. Wishing you good luck and take care while hyperfixating on ADHD. We’re in this together. 😊
Haha that’s quite good! Congrats 😊
Oh thanks, this is helpful advice. Experience certainly plays a role to hone our functions. Practice it is then.
I personally used this and it worked if I did it a few times in a row.

Finding what makes you gassy helps too, mine are most dairy food. Goodluck 😊
I’ve been losing a bit of weight each month for the past 2 years and these are some things I learned.
Healing/ understanding my need for food. I binge ate during my parents’ separation, it created a pattern. Lack of dopamine due to ADHD. These helped me stop myself from binging sometimes.
Finding low calorie alternatives, keep them in easily accessible places. Especially during shark week :p
Starting slow with a calorie deficit. I started with 100kcals a day.
It’s okay to not lose weight when going through a tough month/ time.
This is beautiful, always liked a healthy INTJ. One of my favs :)
I’m as excited as you are. Mine is digital, on my Notes app. I make a few separate lists for work, home, pet and future plans. I add and tick bullet points as I go. It’s mini dopamine for me 😆
Do any of you actually love planners and want to chat about them?
