The tensioner is the first sign that the time to do something is now. Other than the actual belt, everything else is just a “might as well since it’s right there” type of thing
PS pump. You have to replace a single small O-Ring where the line connects to the pump. Easy
The patina will return, it’s copper

DEFINITELY YOUR LOWER BALL JOINT! Do not drive unless you want to replace the ball joint, axle, and possibly the fender. If you try to grease it, it will just lube the socket to release it ball.
Check the ball joints ASAP.
