S197 has half the power and is perfectly driveable as a first car. I got one as my first car and I drive it throughout snowy winter as well. It’s very manageable. Good tires are a must.
Do you have a full defence in Gold V and are you progressing in points? If yes then you should switch to 1 man defence so you get knocked down to the border of G4&G5, there are 90% 1 man defences that you can beat fast.
