I was going to say something similar. haha

Just saw them at a festival 3 months ago, wasn't expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised at how fucking great they were.

I should have seen them a long long time ago.

Pearl Jam was never bro-rock.

Bro rock is made by aggro dudes that sing songs about strippers.

Anyone eligible for induction in the Rolling Stone Hall of Fame.

Arlington giving up the fewest sacks makes it obvious why they are putting up so many passing yards per game.

I wish this was translating to TDs though. Would have liked to see them be more competitive this season but those last minute losses killed their momentum.

Women are consistently sold a lie that they have to be everything all the time, and if they aren't the prefect career woman and the perfect mother then they're failing.

Source needed.

Where did he say they won't succeed?

I want to speak directly to you briefly because I think it is you, the women, who have had the most diabolical lies told to you. How many of you are sitting here now about to cross this stage and are thinking about all the promotions and titles you are going to get in your career?

Right here. He called it a "diabolical lie"

all he did was celebrate his wife

He actually seemed to suggest that before she converted to his religious cult and retired home to be a homemaker, that he didn't seem to think much of her.

Diddy isn't the worst offender though.

Should Ed go onstage every night with a list of rapists and murderers?

Is that a reasonable thing to expect? To just read off a list of bad people?

Is that what you think about SAHMs? That's pretty gross man.

No, I think it's gross telling women that they won't succeed and it's all a massive lie.

As a corporate controller with a master's degree, my greatest achievement is my kid. My wife thinks the same and has an awesome career, you guys have no respect for parenting. Probably why kids are so screwed up these days.

So you agree that women can succeed in their career and still be great parents?

Thanks. We're on the same page.

I agree with you.

They really need to figure out a way to schedule a few practices a season locally so they can be there out in the community.

Practicing in Arlington saves money, but doesn't allow for a lot of facetime.

Did you not just read what you copied and pasted?

Holy fuck, I mean this part to start...

I want to speak directly to you briefly because I think it is you, the women, who have had the most diabolical lies told to you. How many of you are sitting here now about to cross this stage and are thinking about all the promotions and titles you are going to get in your career?

Basically telling them they won't accomplish anything.

it cannot be overstated that all of my success is made possible because a girl I met in band class back in middle school would convert to the faith, become my wife, and embrace one of the most important titles of all: homemaker.

Then telling them to become religious and stay home for their man. Women who just achieved a degree and are looking forward to their industries of choice.

GROSS.

On paper, "Super Bowl Champion" seems like it could be pretty inspirational. Especially given that most active players are still in their 20s and close in age to the graduates.

I get it.

He saw what he said publicly, and used his own public platform to state his disagreement.

It's really not that hard to understand.

It doesn't exactly help that the USFL decided to play in empty stadiums in random locations around the country.

We're seeing the result of that now. Where, as you said, teams have existed for 3 years and no one shows up. Because no one knows they exist.

That takes time, it takes advertising, and it takes word of mouth.

A 2 month season comes and goes pretty damn quickly. But hopefully the people who had fun this season can talk their friends and family into joining them for a game next year.

I am still not understanding what Diddy has to do with anything.

Do you just want Ed to spend an entire 3 hour concert reading out the names of people he disagrees with?

Do you think that is a reasonable thing to expect?

You think Pearl Jam and Diddy are music peers?

Despite being from totally different genres, decades, and coasts?

Oooooooooook. 😂

Dude's been calling out assholes for decades my dude. He's stopped shows when he saw dudes in the pit being too aggressive with women there. He had a famous beef with Motley Crue over their sexist lyrics.

You don't know what you're talking about.

Guy was telling a room full of women who just earned degrees to ignore their pursuits and stay home to appease fragile pussy ass men.

Vedder called him what he deserved to be called.

It's hard to say right now, because there will be more than 8 teams in 2025.

If they go to 10 or 12, this format will be fine.

No one is going to support this league if 25% of the teams relocate every season.

They need to show they plan on sticking around, or no one is going to invest their time and money.

Vegas field looked like ass when they did this.

If the stadiums aren't renovated for mixed use like Arlington is, then it looks amateur.

Somehow these motherfuckers missed Oceans and Black on the first album. 😂
