This is like a B version of the unabomber manifesto. Although giving this a B feels charitable.
The grass is always greener. Figma is still light years beyond Sketch, or any other tool. But when you look at something from the outside in, you don't see all the problems.
They don't hurt in the right amounts. But there are people on this sub that have been so frightened by the "You need electrolytes!!!" talk, that they drink them all day every day, hate the taste of it, and even make themselves nauseous in doing so.
I'd say they hurt if they make fasting harder, rather than easier.
I think people go to extremes on this sub about electrolytes, like you are risking death if you aren't constantly sipping on snake juice.
There's a reasonable middle ground here. Most people don't need that much on a shorter fast. And you can supplement as needed.
I typically don't take any for a few days, but if I get a headache, or feel light headed, then I take a little bit. And if I preemptively take them, it's a very small amount. Like a pinch of salt added to some water.
I've never had any issues with this approach. But everyone is different. Ultimately, just listen to your body and take them as needed.
One other thing to mention here is that there are fasting clinics that will have people fast for multiple weeks with no electrolytes whatsoever, and they have good results without much issue. So yeah, I think it's perfectly safe to go 5 days or even longer without electrolytes. But if they make you feel a little better than that's fine too.
Okay I read all of that, and none of that is what it means to be a grifter.
Click on it again, don't change anything, and then click off.
I typically get that clarity on day 2.  It’s pretty great, I feel 20 IQ points smarter.  I understand things more easily, work is easier.
Wish I could keep that feeling.
Can you elaborate more on the typography part. I understand the rest, but don't know what it means to "scale up in the golden ratio".
