This is PMDD. Especially the brain fog. A lot of people think they have PMDD when it’s PMS. I bleed and everything is back to normal. Literal hallucinations, anxiety on 100 and when I bleed it all goes away. It took 18 psych ward visits for me to figure it out. I’m normal for 2 weeks and abnormal 2 weeks
I’ve been hospitalized 18 times and almost all of those times I started my period and when I bled I felt better
