You didn't specify what dept you're in but there's more stability and job security in ops than sales at 3PLs, regardless of the market. You mentioned you put in the work, which is great and likely noticed. Don't be bashful in advocating for yourself in your reviews with your manager, vocalize how you go the extra mile. Ask for roadmaps to raises and promotion, it shows you're invested in the org.

Intracompany relationships are huge at 3PLs and will save your skin amid layoff waves (speaking from experience). Go to happy hours, be friendly with managers and leadership in other depts. The best advice I ever got was be the person people want to work with, not who they have to work with.
