Has anyone tried this new coffee RTD? I’m seeing it everywhere. It uses A2 dairy as opposed to the plant based stuff that’s kinda taken over the market. Their dirty chai looks interesting so I just gave an order but curious what everyone else thinks Laurel’s Coffee
Was lactose intolerant my whole life before trying Alec’s Ice Cream Alecsicecream.com and Laurel’s coffee drinklaurels.com which both use A2 dairy. I was skeptical because dairy historically gives me insane rashes but with all I’ve been reading about the oils in alternative milks I thought I’d give it a try.
Have you tried either of these brands and felt the same? Starting to see more A2 yogurts at Whole Foods so I think it might be here to stay

I HATED this hotel, sorry. They weren’t accommodating at check-in. They told us are our room was ready and it wasn’t cleaned yet. They were doing construction. The hotel breakfast is overpriced, plenty places within walking distance. I asked for a tote bag to be sent to the room twice and never got it. Paid nearly $800/night for 3 nights. Have no interest in returning, will stay at the Carlton next time

Has anyone here used the pilot plant to create their own company? How was it and what did you make?
The RC DC (not pentagon, and not Georgetown, but the other one lol) is pretty nice. I stayed there intermittently across 8 weeks and they’re always friendly. Their daily presidents favorite cookie in the lobby is a nice touch and the restaurant isn’t too bad. The only RC front desk to offer me champagne every night when I passed through the lobby!
The Ritz Boston is also (figuratively and I think literally) 100 years old. It feels that way too

After taking 2.5 for my first month (and honestly feeling hungry pretty early into week 3) and then having to take a 2 week break because of stock issues, just did my first 5mg!
Didn’t lose much (if any) weight month 1, despite working out 4-5x a week and really only enjoying dinner most days.

Re: fan noise, Snooz has a portable sound machine. I have their full size model that I sleep with every night, and keep the portable one in my carry on. Love it!
