It's neither alarming nor great.

I have junk on sundays. I know one should keep it to one cheat meal a week but I keep it as a day. Ain’t into sweets. Though once a month I indulge in a dessert. I am trying to cut out sugar so I have my hot beverages w/o it 6 days a week.

This summer I had a lot of mangoes, which doesn’t suit my skin tbh.

I have home meals the rest of the time.

I don’t eat meat. This summer I avoided eggs. So vegetarian diet lately.
