It’s also mostly liquid at rest (under pressure) and will look like this. Glycol coolant is another good guess

Oh also for the idle air control valve, check what color the bottom part of it is where the connection goes. If it’s a beige color then it’s likely the original part but if it’s black it’s probably been replaced. If it’s the old one then guessing and replacing it isn’t a bad idea even if it’s not what’s causing the problem. Just some insight

I suspect some kind of vacuum leak, it looks like the engine is trying to find idle and struggling to equalize. Does this go away after you turn the AC off?

Typically when the idle air control valve goes bad it makes the car try to stall when you come to a stop especially with the AC on, but this looks like the car is still warming up so it’s revving higher and hard to tell.

If none of that seems to fit the issue I’d look at fuel delivery. An easy way to check on these cars is to turn the car off, pull off the fuel return line from the fuel filter (or the rail if you get another hose) and point it to a bucket. Then there’s a diagnostic black port with a cap behind the battery. Hotwire this connection to the battery positive and it will command the fuel pump on. Make sure the flow is consistent and the fuel is clear. I’ve had fuel delivery give me lots of random issues so it’s not a bad idea to check
