Lesa gives off fake. Mina Roe has a terrible rating from Trustpilot - poor quality and complete radio silence when people try to get refunds.

I like Ayan but I'm kinda over her showing up overdressed everywhere. Not even Erika at her most fraudulent richest went this over the top.

Every single time Brandi has done something wrong she has tried to shift blame elsewhere and burned a bridge in the process. This is another of those times.

The women on the that trip supporting her means nothing to me. We've seen their moral character or lack thereof.

I actually like the obfuscation of Daemon insisting on Your Grace, but they sort of ruined the impact of it with Viserys calling Laenor the future King Consort last season. By that standard, there's no reason Daemon - royal by birth - should not be King Consort.

I have no feelings on Gia one way or another, but Joe and Teresa put the weight of the world on that girl's shoulders. Melissa isn't wrong at all in this situation

This is such a reach and kinda gross. Melissa loving and supporting her gay cousin has nothing to do with Andy Cohen.

There's never been confirmation dragons bond for life but people have invented that in their heads and get mad over it. I think it's entirely plausible if a dragon was abandoned it would be free to be tamed by another person.

If Laenor lived to be 75 there's no way Seasmoke would wait him out across the sea.

This isn't a strech, no? Take the logistics of the Sept meeting out, it doesn't change she just lost a son and doesn't want to another. It's going to be a plot point because Jace is getting camera time being subtly annoyed with Rhaenyra's indecision

Right? The idea he was celibate for life after Alyssa died when he was a 27 year old prince is more far fetched than Ulf being his son.

This is absolutely it. There's projection all over this subreddit and a lot of weird, outsized hate. I can't imagine having feelings about anyone the way some people do on here, let alone tv personalities we see condensed into 42 minutes a week.

Who could forget the misogyny of Teresa telling Margaret she just wouldn’t let sexual harassment happen to her? And that’s just scratching the surface

Everything you've described about Joe also describes Teresa.

50% down isn't actually indicative of the true ratings. Over a million people have dropped HBO from their cable and made the switch to Max. It was actually down 22% but still garnered MAX it's biggest streaming day ever. https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/house-of-the-dragon-ratings-season-2-premiere-viewers-1236041215/

It's still absolutely massive -- I'd even wager that 22% drop could be because the two year gap and people will come back via word of mouth. The IP is not in trouble at all.

The Farman girl who fled Maggy's tent instead of staying with Cersei and Melara went on to have ten children, which is on the higher end for a woman in the story.

Jon Arryn's sister had eight girls and one boy. Most of them met random fates (like getting carried off by a Burned Man or getting cut down by Jon Connington), but the youngest of those girls had Harrold Hardying.

Maybe if Danielle had stopped when she emptied her purse and it's contents in a candle. But going up behind someone and pulling their hair like that is cowardly, vile behavior befitting a "thug in a cocktail dress" like Danielle.

Margaret shouldn't have thrown water on her, but it's not like Danielle retaliated in the heat of the moment. She waited and purposefully set out to hurt her.

She's a horrible person. I know people don't like MKE off the show, but I don't care about that. I will always have a little bit of respect for her the way she handled Vicki unlike anyone else did during Vicki's entire tenure. That it was a 30 year old atheist (two things Vicki HATED about her) makes it all the better.

Vicki often hid behind Christian-speak and God, and MKE flat out said something like, "We aren't talking about God right now. We're talking about you faking cancer."

I don't particularly love her, but I like Melissa Gorga and I think she'd be the most normal, fun person to hang out with on RHONJ. Don't get the hate for her outside of people hating her on behalf of Teresa tbh.

If Phaedra had shown nude photos of Kandi on camera performing sex acts, would she have had the same reaction? Rightfully not.

You're just looking with rose colored glasses. These women have always been terrible... early RHOC was disgusting in it's racism and the amount the f-word slur was thrown around on nearly all franchises in the early years was insane.

We almost had a Real Housewife beat to death and then her husband committed suicide.

Real Housewives isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

I'm not saying I think this is the case, but this is the rationale I've seen for this theory before. The idea is Arthur is Rhaegar's best friend and he asked for the Daynes for help getting them to Dorne or provisioning the Tower of Joy. There certainly would've been a wet nurse at The Tower of Joy sent from somewhere otherwise Jon wouldn't have survived the journey.

I personally think she and Arthur are both dead. They're symbolic of the death of the the chivalric knight and beautiful princess and how this world is no fairytale.

I still believe this is partly where the custom of the eldest son marrying the eldest daughter comes from. I think the pre-conquest Targaryens and maybe even Valyrians as a whole were more egalitarian, at least among the dragonlords. Everyone is equal on dragonback.

The Valyrian Jaenaera took her dragon alone exploring Sothyros and there's mention of an Elaena Targaryen co-ruling alongside her brother. It would also make sense why Alysanne had such strong ideas about Daenerys being heir and then Rhaenys after Aemon died. It's not like they came from nowhere.

They got married at the courthouse after only a couple of weeks of knowing each other, apparently.
