Just got off the phone with Lyca, apparently on their end there is no issue. They say they can see I am connecting to 5G. They suggested trying my sim on another handset to see if that resolved the issue, but it didn’t work. They’ve re escalated it so now we wait!

Could be, I’ll get back to you when I hear back from Lyca, it could be an update issue for me too, but I don’t think I’ve had an update recently and there isn’t another one available yet 🤷‍♂️

Restricted by your phone or by your carrier?

For the last week only been getting 4G it 5G despite having great 5G connection for the past 2 months since I got the sim. Called and logged a complaint and they tried to call me 4 times in a row at 4am a day or two ago. They’ve not left a voicemail or tried to contact me since. It’s not a huge deal as the 4G connection works fine. But I should be getting 5G so it’s kind of annoying! Is anyone here in the U.K experiencing this? I’m interested. Are you getting spotty connection? Or straight up no signal?

D’you happen to have glyphs for any of the others? I’ve got bases in mercenary systems (thanks to you) and explorer systems but I’m looking to get a base in each guild envoy system. So far I’m having trouble locating any others!! No one else seems to be sharing glyphs for the different envoys.

Having the same issue, spoke with someone on chat and they just said it’s a known issue and should be resolved soon. So annoying because I three “Hotmail” emails and two of them work fine but one (my main) isn’t working! Been experiencing the issue since monday afternoon.

Omg it literally just hit Parcelforce national hub! But still no update on NL or EU GLS sites

Gotta hope it’s just a logistics error! The only thing giving me hope is all the people who have no updates at all and it just shows up! No sign of mine today anyway. I’ll keep the faith for tomorrow!

I’d be interested to see what your tracking says on GLS-info.nl as opposed to GLS-group.eu.

My time scale is the same as yours but the EU page says as follows: 25/11 18:31 - handed to GLS 25/11 18:38 - left parcel centre

But the NL tracking says : 25/11 18:31 - handed to GLS

Then nothing…

Considering I’ve no updates from GLS or Parcelforce, I’m inclined to believe it hasn’t even left NL yet.

You have to use the “Netherlands parcel number” in the NL website as it’s all in Dutch it’s not very clear for a terminal English speaker such as myself. This is also the reason I’m not 100% certain that it IS still in NL as the translation makes it hard to discern exactly what’s happening.

I’ve ordered something to the U.K. from Germany in 2020 and the courier they chose was GLS. The entire thing was a nightmare back then so you can imagine my dismay when Valve finally ship my deck, I click the tracking only to find that it’s the dreaded GLS who’s delivering it.

Ordered 20/11 around 20:00

Packaged and handed to GLS 25/11 10:09

Left the parcel centre 25/11 18:38

And of course, just like everyone here. No updates since. It’s now 30/11 and not a peep from GLS or Parcelforce. Will update with my experience when there is finally some movement. So you can expect to hear from me in 2024. Happy new year everyone. Enjoy your Decks.

At this point via the tracking info on both the app and the web browser I was given a window of between 14:00 - 15:00

On the app alone there SEEMED to be live tracking of the couriers location. Although it was clearly very unreliable. One minute he’d be in one place then 5 minutes later he was halfway across London. For about 3.5 hours he was just sitting in one location and not moving at all.

At 15:00 after there had been no delivery my heart sank as although the app still said “your parcel is on schedule to be delivered today” the live tracking had disappeared. I was convinced that I was one of the unlucky few whose courier was not even going to attempt delivery despite the notification to the contrary.

However. The Valve Gods were clearly smiling down upon me that day as at 15:41 it was FINALLY delivered.

It’s worth mentioning that I was at work and my partner accepted the delivery. I got no notification whatsoever about the successful delivery from Parcelforce until 19:53 when I got an email from them.

Even the tracking on the web browser took a few hours to update. And it’s ALSO worth mentioning that the app STILL NOW (2/12 11:59) says “out for delivery” no delivery confirmation at all.

All in all, my experience seems to have been better than most. If it wasn’t for my complete lack of patience and incessant checking on the tracking, I think 14 days from order to delivery is ok. NOT GREAT. But decent. Especially considering the volume of orders, and the fact it fell across Black Friday.

GLS and Parcelforce are trash, and Hermes/Evri even do a better job than them. Valve if you’re listening. Get a better logistics system.

Yeah I’ve been checking both like 5 times a day 😅 the Parcelforce tracking is stuck on the “General Logistics Systems” and the GLS is stuck on “The parcel has left the parcel centre” but I ordered mine on the 20th. So hopefully, if it’s following the same timeframe as yours, then I’ll be just two days behind you! 🤞

Can I please ask, what day did you order it and what day did it arrive? 2 weeks ago exactly? I’m in the U.K., ordered minute about 12 days ago and I’m still waiting on it!! I’m very impatient 🤪

I can confirm that Tropius can spawn on the Greek island Rhodes. At least in the village of Fanes. This is not reflected in the above map. There are no stops around. so none of my three Tropius have a location stamp, but I have various AR pics of me with tropius at the resort Nautica Blue Resort, and videos of me finding it as it spawns etc.
