Did you ever figure the data?
After looking through the comments no one seems to have offered alternatives to a bachelors. There are beauty schools, technical schools, trade schools and many more out there hell you don’t even need to get a bachelor’s if an associates or even a cert is all that’s required for a good paying job in some fields. What kind of lifestyle do you want to live? Who are your role models? or better yet what do they do for a living? Obviously you can sort STEM or Humanities.
Last bit of advice if you still can’t decide is to utilize the occupational outlook handbook in the link and read about what careers sound interesting
I think it would make for a great AMA, good morale boost
The prince was an interesting read, I would like to get an old copy of the Leviathan but I struggle with reading old English or more so I haven’t had enough experience with old English
I’m a sophomore poli sci student so I haven’t even begun to scratch the surface 😅
Do you prefer DM’ing or playing a character?
Why do you feel the need to remove them from your collection?
I feel the sentiment but I don’t agree that there should be an age limit that kind of bias undermines the democratic process, I do agree with you that our options have been pretty shit the last few elections
The AP one is hands down the best and other than the original it has the coolest can design imo
If philosophy and you haven’t covered Wollstonecraft yet I recommend “A Vindication of the rights of women” it’s her biggest work
As a lifelong Hoosier and IU student I’ve still never been up that way 😅
How do you feel about Lafayette?
As a fellow non traditional first gen college student I feel your pain.. I mentioned up above that I am going to struggle the most with getting references as I can’t really develop a rapport with any of the professors 😑
Also can I read your paper by chance?
Honestly at the moment not having people to talk to college about.. no one shares my interests and passion for higher education
in the future I’m nervous on the intern process, as a non traditional online student at 26 I have plenty of work experience but none in anything outside of trades. References are also difficult to get since I can’t socialize with the professors as much as I need to as a student.
A tweety burger from Charlie’s pub it’s a local favorite if anyone ever comes through Indiana give it a try you won’t regret it!
It’s mentioned in lore that certain groups of argonians sold their own to Dunmer slavers, Dres held the most in numbers and that’s partly due to the proximity to the border.
Edit: there is an archived compendium on Argonian culture written by a fan on the forum scholars guild

American here! French is also a great option if you plan on traveling or working in government as French (and Spanish) are part of the UN language list. 29 countries in Africa speak French and 21 of them are considered francophone countries. Also for traveling in the states Louisiana is culturally French and still spoken in many places there. So I wouldn’t consider one foolish as people have individual reasons for why a language is important.
Best of luck to ya! Do you believe that it’s easy to break into the industry by being self taught or do you feel like most people for CS should go the college route?
Working in a museum or archive would be such a cool experience, any specific period of history? I imagine you’re gonna be specializing in some way?
Sounds lucrative, what drew you to quantitative finance?

I will second this and also suggest a religious philosophy course if possible
I (26m) just started college last year full time and work a full time job, slow down. it’s not a race there’s no finish line or deadline you have to adhere to so pace yourself and take it easy. The money will come with time.
