Aside from the obvious, did anyone notice Johnny exhaling a big puff of smoke around 6:50?
Just remembered we had a couple of claims in the last two years that have affected our premium.
Ours is $154 per month. Who are you with?
Do you have to have bought your car from a Toyota dealer to get that?
They usually change you to lamictal or keppra.
Yes, and they’re making a third… sigh (my daughter is a BIG FAN).
Put them back in the washing machine on spin to get the excess water out.
Methane emissions, burps and farts to be fair.
I’m a NZer and we say Lego, rather than legos or Lego bricks.
The character is Silver from the second Angry Birds movie. She’s good with tech. It’s trying to encourage young girls to consider tech as a career option.
I think my husband would happily forget to open curtains and windows if it was up to him. And my son is a gamer so prefers the dark. I however have to have curtains open, and windows when it’s not too cold.
My argument is that it is not a lack of zoned land that is causing housing affordability issues, as in cities with ample land zoned ie Christchurch you still get land banking.
Heard of land banking? Where land already zoned for development is held, or only released in stages, so the owner/developer can keep prices inflated? What does Bishop’s plan do about this?
When and where? And how would she know Troy Sivan at age 10?
I’d love to see the whole Peninsula reforested. Imagine the birds!
If it ain’t broke…. I see a number of posts on here and in other groups where people come off their medication and the seizureS come back, sometimes worse than they were. If you don’t mind taking the meds and don’t get side effects, are you willing to take the risk if the seizures do come back? As I’ve also seen that restarting the meds often isn’t enough to control them anymore in these circumstances. Obviously this is no substitute for professional advice but I’d be very very wary.
With a dash of Morten Harket.
Local government is the best start for your planning career though. I see a lot of consultant planners that don’t know the basics or don’t get very good mentoring. Local government gives an excellent grounding that you can then pivot to consultancy with.
Caregiver with level 4 qualification gets you close to $30 an hour, parents may pay more if you are good. Lots of demand for part time help with autistic etc kids/young people.
You would be better off doing a NZ law degree or environmental science degree before doing your Masters, will be more relevant to the job. Planning in NZ is quite legalistic, so a law degree isn’t too silly but the NZ legal framework would be much more useful. It is a career with a lot of available jobs and can be interesting and challenging. You need good critical thinking skills, and communication skills, written and verbal. It’s not the highest paying profession but it’s decent. You can work in local government or consultancies, in policy or consenting roles. Skills transfer to policy analysis. Note the current government is trying to undermine the profession with the fast track legislation.
If your neighbours complain tell them doing it in a different colour gives a “sense of address” and will assist with way finding for visitors etc, as you can tell them to go to the unit with the grey patio…
So they’ve had an excellent education without the need for repeated standardised testing? So the value of that testing is what exactly?
Does it need to stay in two titles? You could amalgamate the titles so both parcels are held as one title.
Insurance for a garage that is not on the same title as our home
