Nung 3rd year kami sa Nursing eto yung sinusumpa kong year, lahat ng rotation duty namin almost 1-2 paperworks either drug study or case presentation per week ( clinical lang yan), then you have your assignments and projects per subject pa, mauubus tlga oras mo. Wag ka rin mabigla if feeling mo napag ti tripan ka ng mga teachers, for me it seems na 3rd year is yung make or break ng students ( not sure if right of passage) kasi pag dating namin ng 4th year yung mga secretly minumura kong CI's and Prof biglang ang babait na sa amin. Hi OP, Losing weight is not really easy but it's good that you are working through it though by your statement it's challenging. Not a Doctor but in the medical field and have been battling obesity as far as I can remember ( yes nabully ako dahil sa weight ko).

Daming maayos na advise na. Get enough sleep, cook your food ( i was sa processed food) exercise (cardio and weight) , oh get some sunlight as well early morning if kaya or medyo late PM (not sure san loc mo pero paaraw ka kahit 15 mins daily)

Would recommend to see an endocrinologist to check your hormone levels, kasi if your hormones are really imbalanced then may chance that your efforts sa diet and exercise are for naught.

Also healthy weight loss would be around 2-4KG/Month, so don't be discourage if the weight is not coming off right away. Push lang at higit sa lahat wag ka paapekto sa ibang tao ( if ever insecure ka sa mga tao sa paligid mo).
