Don’t forget the vacations bonus is at least 25% of the daily salary. By law employees have 12 paid vacations days the first year, this would mean that you would pay 15 days when the employee takes their vacation time, they are free to take them whenever they want after the first year. Each year the employee gets 2 extra vacation days and if you fire them or they resign you have to pay the equivalent of the vacation days and the end of the year bonus (aguinaldo).
If you fire someone in Mexico you have to pay by law 3 month of salary + 12 days per labored year (or the equivalent) + vacations + vacation bonus + aguinaldo
If you are worried about it don’t come, we are fine without you tourist that asked stupid questions.
There is no reason to give a kid any amount of added sugar, the BM is correct on this, is not the kid’s fault that you have a terrible diet (any diet that includes added sugar is a terrible diet).
You’ll be lucky if you get out of the plane by 5:30, then 30 min to get your luggage (if you are lucky) not even mentioning customs and inmigration. You’ll be out of the airport by 6:15 in the best case scenario. I think you are not thinking correctly.
No lo dejes en la cochera, tu vecinos te odian de seguro. Es tu perro no el de toda la colonia.
I don’t think that’s the most expensive country, I’ve been there and Switzerland is way more expensive.
Hay mucho trabajo, sólo no quieras ganar como jefe, si te ofrecen arriba de 15 tienes suerte
If you are a poor student, don’t go to Europe, seriously if you don’t have more than 5K to spend without blinking you shouldn’t go, mistakes can happen and they are expensive. Also nobody uses anymore Airbnb…
Sorry to say this but he’s probably going to be deported, once inmigration detains you, they take all your belonging and put you in a room without being able to communicate with anyone until you get on your flight back home, for what you are saying he might be on his way to Amsterdam right now.
He probably got deported
My (30F) father (62M) lives in a different city than I do, however since I work from home I spent 80% of my time at my father’s house, I consider it to be the family house (mine and my brother’s) and he always tell us that the house will be ours when he’s gone (I also suggested to him to put in his testament that all his assets will be splitted equally between his children and named us, so nobody else could access anything). He has a girlfriend (50F) and she comes on weekends to stay at the house, I don’t consider the house to be hers or that at any point she will have rights to my father’s belongings (my father is still legally married to my mother).
I’m Mexican, I live in Mexico, i have friends that use tortillas to eat their eggs, that doesn’t make it less gross. When we finish eating with people using only tortillas and not utensils there’s always comments about table manners when they are gone. My ex boyfriend has terrible table manners and my family never wanted to go out and dine with him, so maybe is snobbish but that’s the reality of how people judge you, even if they don’t say it to your face. If the kids don’t learn good manners, they will have terrible manners when they are older.
Mexican here, It’s pretty common to eat with tortillas in México, however the upper classes still consider it to be bad manners and gross, we usually eat with utensils and sometimes we use tortillas to help but always use the utensils.
Dump him, you are way too young for that sort of things, book a trip to Europe for you birthday, at least that’s what I’m going to do instead of having a relationship with a guy with kids.
Glad it help you to book the trip, remember at the end the only thing that you are going to keep are your memories, so better go and make some good ones!
Estoy considerando mudarme a Gdl. Me gustaría amablemente pedirles sus recomendaciones.
