I've met two kinds of people who don't like cats :
- those who are anxious around cats because most cats are aloof with strangers, they don't really hate cats but just lack positive experiences with them ;
- and control freaks who can't stand the idea of animals who won't obey like robots and let people treat them like toys. This is quite revealing of their own horrible attitude towards other people, too.

Disney has several weighted plushies on its store. They have a removable weighted bag, which is something very important if you want to machine wash (machine washing with a weighted bag is likely to tear the plush apart due to water accumulating in the bag), or if you want to replace the weighted bag with a heatable bag in Winter.

If you want more realistic looking animals, you can look for Sunlemon on Amazon Japan, they ship to the EU. They're a bit less weighted (non removable bags so hand wash only), shipping is pricey but IMHO worth it because they're very well made, I've got one and thinking of getting another !

SDJ Cheirosa 71 just arrived at Sephora !

According to a French cult comedy with Louis de Funès, if you're into "so bad it's good" kind of movies, cabbage soup will make you fart so loud that you'll attract aliens.

Creamy vanilla plum pudding. It's so decadent I feel like I'm gaining weight every time I sniff it, it's that good. There's nothing like it.

The realistic fox ? I thrifted it, the brand is Simba Toys / Nicotoy. I think it's discontinued because I can't find it online, but I think this one is the same model as it looks identical except the tail tip color.

A drawing would help. Could it be Ultraviolet Paco Rabanne ? The bottle looks a bit like DKNY Be Delicious.

And a couple of foxes on my bracelet too !

How to avoid fakes on the used perfume market :

Fake perfumes regularly copy real batch codes. Batch codes aren't a good way to be safe from fakes.

Also a bunch of good reviews won't protect you from fake perfume sellers. Many customers are incapable of identifying a fake. And opening a dispute with a seller often allows to resolve the dispute without allowing to post a review. So there are fake perfume sellers with thousands of 100% positive reviews. Always assume that reviews are biased.

Fake perfumes are generally sold as new in blister. Unless if you're looking for a cheapie, a rarity or something discontinued, avoid anything new in blister where you can't see the actual bottle. Of course there are some used fake fragrances too, but the seller is usually oblivious, so that's a tiny minority of perfumes.

Fake fragrances are usually sold in large sizes only, with a few exceptions. A 100 mL bottle is much more commonly faked than a 30 mL one. Fake perfumes are also sold in large purse sprays, typically 20 mL / 30 mL / 33 mL, which are very uncommon sizes in real fragrances. This is a way to spot fake perfume sellers : they only have large bottles for sale.

Avoid used fragrances where the liquid's color looks suspicious, especially refillable ones (for example bright turquoise when it's supposed to be pale blue, or bright pink when it should be light nude).

Look for subtle signs showing that a bottle is fake. Such signs often include weird looking fonts, bad printing, covers with promotional pics (fake perfumes have covers much more often than real ones), and a large whitish tube (they rarely have real fragrances' thin transparent tubes).

Fake perfume sellers won't always post actual pictures of the real product they sell. Some of them even buy one bottle of the real product in order to take pictures and keep the receipt, as evidence that they've got a real product, but they're also keeping dozens of fake bottles in stock ! It's a well known scam that allows sellers to win disputes.

Some perfumes are faked so much and have such good fakes that I don't recommend buying them on the secondhand market at all. This is the case especially with Chanel and Dior. The vast majority are fake, even small bottles, unlike with other brands. Unless if you're looking for a vintage, limit yourself to retail with these brands.

Yes. The Reetou kid ended up being a Tok'ra host even though he was very weak, and the Tok'ra wouldn't have accepted if the blending had no chance of working out fine. And it's not like the Goa'uld have any moral objections to taking a child as a host. Ra's host and Skaara were very young.

Seconding Lanvin Eclat d'Arpège if you want something fresh and floral. Adding Hypnose Lancôme and Lolita Lempicka Le Parfum if you like vanilla and spicy sweet scents, both are lavender, although Hypnose tends to turn more reddish brown as it matures (but don't worry, it's just normal aging and the perfume isn't spoiled).

Unless if a plushie is made of some natural fabrics, has painted or glued parts, it usually can be handwashed with gentle detergent. I've also used a little bit of sensitive skin dish soap on occasion to remove oily stains. I prefer using no conditioner to leave no residue and no smell. Squeeze gently and use a towel to absorb some humidity. Air dry in a warm room, or even better, outside when it's Summer. You can speed it up with using a hair dryer, but be careful with heat. Avoid washing during the cold season unless if you keep the room as warm as possible, as it will take too long for the plush to dry and it may end up with mildew.

Does your preference harm anyone ? No ? Then you're fine.

Is it shame due to social pressure ? In my experience, when someone thinks there's something wrong with you, even if you change to please them, they'll always find something else to annoy you with. It's quite possible that they're watching kids' movies too and just not telling anyone.

In the end, you're turning your differences into a strength when you're confidently assuming them, and inspiring others around you to be free to be themselves as well.

When I was in my early twenties, I didn't really assume liking anything childish. Then I dated a guy who actually embraced it. He was a Winnie The Pooh fan, and he was enthusiastic about going to watch Horton Hears A Who. I surprised myself thinking that I found this part of him very attractive. Then things clicked in me that I had no reason to be ashamed of something so harmless, and that can even be cute and endearing.

It could be argued that the Hoffans certainly had the right to take such a decision when it comes to their own individual life. Did they have the same right when it comes to exposing others who didn't make the same choice, including their own children, to see a large part of the population being killed by the drug, then the whole planet being wiped out by the Wraith, I think this is where things get a lot more complicated. Desperation makes people take desperate measures, it's no longer a matter of right and wrong when you just want to live one more day or die with dignity. Does this make them bad, I'd personally prefer to refrain from judging when it comes to survival situations.

It's one of my favorite add-ons. It's a must have add on if you want to make rural sims, build mode items are great and farming is fun. The simple living lot trait is a good challenge and IMHO necessary in a historical farmer save as you must produce or otherwise buy all your food ingredients to survive. And the village is beautiful.

Every Disney store has its own products, and every Disneyland too. They have so many limited editions it's absurd. But they do have a lot of cool stuff. I'm pretty sure MinnieJapan (she has an Ebay store) and Belloshop (online store in Hong Kong) must have this Stitch plush, they sell Japanese Disney toys and I've bought things from them. Beware of fakes if you want to buy Disney limited editions btw, there are more fakes and scammers than legit stores, many times they show authentic product pics but the actual product they send you looks awful.

It's the same with all local food here. Local weather, soil and varieties that are grown are important for taste, just like with any food. It's also true that imported fruit and vegetables usually have to be picked unripe and refrigerated for a longer time, which makes them taste bland in comparison to local produce. And I guess there's the nostalgia factor too. Many of us have beloved childhood memories of eating fresh produce from the family garden or local farm, and there's always a part of us that wants to experience this again.

I haven't seen it online, but I've seen dupes. I haven't tried any of them at the moment though, I've still got a bit of my bottle left.

Mice love stuffing as nesting material. I had a mouse in my room once, and stuffing was the first thing it found. Plastic bags are not safe at all, it's easy for a rodent to make holes. Keep all your plushies and clothing in closets and well sealed plastic boxes (no cardboard !) until the mouse is gone.
