The past year I slacked off and didn’t do really any yoga. Now I find myself making all kinds of old man groans, sighs and noises when I bend over to pick something up, get up out of a car, etc. Does anyone have experience with yoga curing this demoralizing phenomena? I’m 51 - is it just my fate?
