A lot of folks seem to like to use ranch either as a dip or accompanying sauce for their chicken tenders, chicken wings, and even bbq ribs (especially if it’s spicy). However, mayo makes for a much better dip.

Ranch tends to be too tangy in a way that could distract or take away from the meat, whether it’s seasoned, sauced, or plain. But plain mayonnaise just hits a much softer tone without fighting with the flavor of the meat. We already use it as a base for a lot of dip, but the base flavor works just as well.
