What do you think of the Spiritsong tarot deck?

Hi! So I've been getting into tarot (I just started at the beginning of the month) and I got connected immediately and now I'm starting to collect tarot decks. Now I found out about the Spiritsong tarot deck by Paulina Fae and I think it's lovely and all. But to those who own this deck, I have a few questions before I buy one:

Do you think it's easy to interpret and connect with?
Do you think it's easier to connect with it than the ethereal visions (I'm also planning to get this one)?
What material is it made of? I want my cards to be flexible like I want to shuffle them the same way of shuffling playing cards (riffle and bridge shuffle)

The first time I saw this deck from one of my favorite tarot readers online, I really fell in love with it but I never saw it in person. It feels like the imagery, colors and theme are like the exact same I'm looking for.

I'm also thinking about the Animal Spirit Tarot deck (watercolor tarot cards) by TarotAndOraclebyMM on Etsy.

I have another one of her decks, and for me, her art style is way too busy to read with. And a lot of the cards blend together so it becomes hard to distinguish them from one another easily because of the art style.

I would recommend the Animal Totem Tarot deck if you are looking for a nice animal-themed deck. Also, check youtube for flip throughs of decks you are thinking of, they will usually tell you about the card stock and how it shuffles. I like Wicked Moonlight for that.

No, I just find that I resonates for me better that way. Her book that comes with the deck is really well put together, fwiw

Get it, I haven't yet and want to!

Those decks that you fall in love with, will click with you one day and you will never regret investing in them.

I love my animal decks, I have quite a few. I have learned animal messengers and believe animals in the real world often bring messages from the universe - so if you like to work with animal symbolism it will likely be more intuitive to you than other decks.

Just be patient if you do get it.

My best beginner deck was the Shape shifter deck which isn't even a traditional deck. But my love for the art and understanding of the animals made it easier than any other standard deck I had. It has been destroyed and replaced no less than 3 times....don't be like me and try to do reads with cats and kids around.

I've been thinking about the Spiritsong or the Ethereal Visions. Spiritsong seems like it'll be more difficult for me to understand since I'm relatively new to tarot reading but I'm really drawn to it the most!

A review about the deck...

It shows the cards have keywords right on them so this review says it's great for novice readers.

The art of it draws you will likely be easier to draw on intuition. As it already speaks to you.

I really hope you will get this deck and give it a go. Tarot isn't a straight this is how you have to learn it thing. If you're excited about the deck and want to use it, you will retain the knowledge better.

You can cross check with traditional meanings if you're getting stumped but the added interpretation will help round out your understanding of the cards and their messages.

Seconded. A deck you want to work with will always beat a deck you don't like. I owned Tarot decks for years and only picked them up occasionally; once I had a deck that worked for me, I became much more obsessed with Tarot. If I'd just had an RWS, I don't think I would have bothered. (I had a number of Oracle decks, and they were fine, so Tarot was just another oracle system.)

Lucid Dreams might work for you if you're drawn to Ethereal Visions. I love the sense of humor in Paulina Fae's decks and they read very easily.

Animal decks are tricky. They can work very well for people or not at all. It is all the anthropomorphic energy maybe, sometimes it doesn't translate.
