My current experiences proves that you can be stuck at lower rank even though you are better.

Congratulations on climbing, but your anecdotal evidence doesn't prove anything - the sample size is WAY too small to make a conclusion.
Over the course of 100 games, sure a player might be a rank or two below where they should be, but it evens out eventually after more games are played
I climbed to plat easily playing jungle/mid, and i can't win easily in silver 4/bronze lobbies. I'm too used to decent-ish macro and decisions (and mechanics...) from my team that i make the wrong plays not considering what elo i'm in.
That sort of happens to me when I play with my bronze friend (I am plat 3). I go for plays thinking „ah, my mid and top have prio, I can easily take grubs“ but when the enemy jungler comes around they either back too early or rather stick for a wave.
You get too used to things that are normal and expected in ur elo and that habit is hard to break. When playing low elo always assume the worst and only go for it when you can A) do it urself without dying or B) when ur team is already there / makes the call themselves.
And on a similiar note, they rarely turn away from a play that you think (maybe rightfully so) is dumb/you will lose. So just go with it, might clutch it as 5 but they sure as hell will not as 4
Did you climb to plat last season? Riot has admitted there were people way off last season which seems more likely than plat players truly losing to bronzes
Climbed this season to p1, it' my peak i was g3 lady season
I don’t agree with this. Solo queue is full of bad players but the actual good players are limited to their rank due to the bad players. Sure, they will eventually climb out but it will be very slow. A rank or two is an understatement because matchmaking is extremely flawed.
