Looks delicious but I’m not sure that’s a porterhouse. A porterhouse is a bone in steak with a strip on one side and a filet on the other.
Aussie here, porterhouse in Australia I think is called a New York Strip in America.
It is, to us, a porterhouse is a t bone. With the NY strip, try to sear that fat cap a little more. Otherwise great job
