I’d say a good local burger is still healthy, but maybe heavy calorie wise. The unhealthy image of a burger probably comes from fast food where you have many pre-made ingredients (not from your 1st image), frying, sugary sauces, a ton of fries, etc. If you make a burger, it’s still as healthy as the ingredients you made it from, but can make you fat :)) just like eating a fucktpn of healthy cheese alone
