Got a tier 1 shiny garganacl (twice, 1st was a double battle and it was hell bent on using explosion) during shiny weekend. Still waiting on the evasive linoone shiny

I haven’t tried it yet but I think Metal burst can one hit? Sturdy makes sure you don’t die, metal burst deals 1.5x the damage received back to the enemy, and you heal to full. I think Protect is used if you don’t heal to full?

Yeah as people mentioned the Metal Burst does the heavy lifting once you setup the chip damage. Fuse this with Blissey and max out HP + overlevel

Took me a while to find mine too, look for the cave or mountain biomes

I've found a bunch of them but they always use explosion turn one so I haven't gotten it yet =_=

Tier 2 shiny. There are 3 tiers. 1, which is the normal shiny all Pokemon have. 2, which are blue stars and a different shiny color. 3, which are red stars and another different shiny color, usually pretty badass as well.

Yep you fuse it with other mons to get whatever moves you want then unfuse so you can transfer it over to a Blissey or something

Protect also was fused in I think

its %hp damage, which will always tick. allows you to use protect and heal while still dealing damage and is one of the only consistent ways to break through the absurd amount of recovery/defenses late endless mons have

Don't knock it til you try it. DoT moves like Leech seed, infestation and salt cure go fucking ham on Boss fights.

Damage based off total hp% so bosses lose huge chunks of health from them

It does % damage. Either 1/16 or 1/8, doubled if they're a water type(which you can use soak to turn them into). Pair it with leech seed and curse and you do a metric ton of HP per turn.

Around wave 1-2,000 enemies start getting 30% hp recovery per turn. So something like this helps immensely to counteract that + their berries.

Once you get to late game endless (2.5k+) you really need damage that doesn't just come from attacks because they get really weak.

Salt Cure paired with Soak (turns the mon's type to water so salt cure does 1/4th HP per turn) can help mitigate some of the healing as you whittle down things

Yeah, look for the startere with purple borders around them

Multi Hit moves now effectively break sturdy. Before Sturdy would proc for every hit.

You can get any move by fusing a non and then unfusing it again

Yup. In my previous endless run I got leech twice from wo chien, metal burst from cobalion, Soak from Fini and then Salt from garg. You can put them together in whatever way you want just make sure to not mess up and have the moves on the wrong mon.

Yep, just remember that you won't get offered DNA splicers if you don't have two unspliced pokemon in your party, so you may need to unfuse right away depending on what your party looks like.

All the moves except Salt Cure are fused in from other mon I think

Ehhh endless is basically a completely different game than classic haha. Much different win conditions. You'll get there soon I'm sure!

Couple things:

• Burn, Poison, and Paralysis (sometimes) don't stop you from attacking so if you roll one of those you're fine

• Good to have a pokemon with either Misty Terrain (move) or Misty Surge (ability) to make it so you don't get statused as well
