Hello , I am going to have my planned c section delivery at the end of this month at fairoaks hospital. I am a first time mom. Can you suggest me how to prep myself for the hospital? What to take with me and how things normally goes over there ?

Two natural deliveries in Fair Oaks, don't really worry about taking things to the hospital because they had everything, also it's a c-section so your wait is minimal compared to naturals.
You probably don't think about checking out yet, but here are things to do
- have your husband push a stroller with a car seat clicked on into your room to pick up the baby. I've seen plenty of dad just lift the car seat with baby in it and they complain about their arm giving out half way down the hallway.
- When you leave, take everything in your room, towels, diapers, ointment, everything that is not bolted down. Your insurance paid for them and nobody would be needing them.
