I mean, commercial pilots are allowed to fly until 65. If they can do that, I think most people would be cognizant enough at 65 to understand their responsibilities as president. Plus, you can't even run until you're 35, so 55 would only be 4 or 5 chances, and Trump is already on his 3rd nomination.
Commercial pilots are required to have a certain amount of rest before a flight. They are only allowed to work so much. Presidents can run for weeks on little sleep if there is an ongoing crises. The world doesn't stop to make sure they hit their 8 hours every night.

There is more than 25 years difference between Biden and a 55-year-old person. If there has to be an age limit it should be 70 and up, I would say 75. The mental health of each candidate could also be evaluated.
