Christ this is the dumbest thing I've read on here.
Trying to contain spam because everyone is posting 18 links per hour about the same thing is not "blue MAGA" which isn't even a thing. Calm your tits. Most of the sub and even mods are on board with the idea of Biden getting replaced at this point. There's no conspiracy going on lmfao.
I feel it is a tough thing for mods. They want to avoid this whole sub solely consisting of US election news for the next few months, which I think is a good idea. 50 threads solely about the bad debate performance aren't worthwhile either. Now, these seem to be new developments, but gauging that is not that easy either.
Now watch this drive!
The mods aren't even blue MAGA! They are regular red MAGA communists who support Trump! They want Biden to remain the nominee because they think he would be easier for Trump to defeat!
They're going way overboard though. They said the Lloyd Doggett news would be the only thread of the whole day. One per day is ridiculous for such a big news thing, especially when they decide to leave up a meme of Beto and Biden eating Whataburger.
3-4 per day, provided they're somewhat unique from the previous ones posted, would reasonable IMO. This Pelosi one should stay up, as should the post about his planned interview and rallies this weekend.
Mods removing links being spammed over and over again is one thing. The first time this article was posted, it was deleted and the discussion was directed to the thread about Lloyd Doggett calling on Biden to step down. I'm sorry but Nancy Pelosi indicating that she is not fully behind Biden deserves it's own thread because it's a far more impactful development. It's important for people to be able to see these stories as they happen given that this it's ongoing and developing.
Is it actually important? You could read a summary tomorrow would that be worse than a live ticker?
Besides the question is whether people should read about it here in this fashion.
Is it actually important?
One of the most prominent Democrats in Congress questioning Biden's cognitive capacity is probably the most important development since the debate. Yes, yes it's very important.
