I have trust issues, but I trusted my family. I've been treated the worst, but I still have a good heart. I try to find people that are human like me with broken pieces and still accept their reflection but attract the worst kind of evil. I had to learn life lessons as I go, because I was always caught in the middle of parents drama. Some people just one parents let them down, my entire family let me down when my mother had to always prove that she's right every single time.
Yo, im not a professional counceller or anything but i went through the same stuff, my only advice is, this is your life, and the world is technically yours, so you get to choose who to spend time with and where to go, so if you cant move away from your family, physicaly, then DONT spend your time with them, always be on your phone, watching shit playing shit whatever, DISTRACT yourself. Go out with friends, and if you dont have ones go out alone, if youre old enough go get a job. The point is, dont spend your time with these people or thinking about these people. It will only bring you pain and suffering and self loathing, you have concious you have values, THEY DONT. they dont care about you, and they never want the best for you, cause theyre animals theyre fucked up. This is your life, you are strong enough, capable enough to find yourself a better place and better people.
