Rapper BG ordered to have all future songs approved by US government
“Nah bro this is trash, hit the studio for real this time”
This third bar here…you playin’ right?
Maybe if this happened more often we'd be spared bars like:
- "Chaining Tatum"
- "I'm the shit like I slithered in poo"
- "I grabbed that ass, and she call me a perv, opened her legs, so I had to insert”
- "Your booty is heavy duty like diarrhea"
- "I miss you, I want kiss you, I want lick you, pubic hair"
And of course Trippie Redd with a life sentence for the following:
- "you's a poopy butt, yeah you's a shit stain"
- "oh my god, whats that smell? wait forgot, im the shit"
- "bitch im the shit like my butt stink"
Somebody get Ice Spice on probation asap please 🙏
🍑👅
Cole has to be tried for this:
- "Dick so big, it's like a foot is in yo' mouth"
That Nav bar was so cringe… he’s got tons of those too, and you got indian boys here in ontario that stan for him like he’s the goat
How does anyone listen to shit like this?
Yo who said that last one on the first section? I can't find results
Young Thug on Miss U
Young Thug gets a pass for me, bro always says completely out of pocket shit
Have you seen our government
This the type of oversight BG needs.
This seems like it should be unconstitutional.
It's dumb, but parole isnt a constitutional right, its considered a 'present' from government, by agreeing to participate in parole you forfeit some rights.
Yeah, this is the “loophole” here. He’s still “serving his sentence” so any right/privilege can be restricted to the extent it would be in prison
This is a reminder that slavery is still legal for prisoners.
that part. the 13th
I don't even need to open the link. Any Killer Mike reference gets my upvote, thank you. I'm glad Reagan's dead too
can’t do the time, don’t do the crime
Lol
Yes but your freedom of speech isn’t restricted in prison. Neither is your freedom of religion. Those are constitutional protected. I believe the Supreme Court have even ruled prisoner can hold peaceful protest in pursuit of their first amendment right.
Now do the right to release music
Yeah even to be on probation I had to agree to give up my 4th amendment rights. As far as the government is concerned, criminals forfeited their rights when they got caught. That’s why there’s an exception to the 13th amendment
Even if he was in prison couldn’t he still release music without approval?
Facts! You can’t be free if you’re not free🤷🏾♂️
Thank you. Parole is a luxury and you forfeit some of your constitutional rights. Why don’t people understand this..
Understand it and agreeing with it are two very different things
Insane they can take away the constitutional right to free speech, use your body for labor, profit off of your basic needs, and use your existence in prison to affect voting power and we just act like it’s okay
And now states are allowed to make homelessness a crime.
Our rent goes up, we lose our jobs, we end up on the streets, we get sent to jail, we get used as labor. They figured out how to bring back slavery on an even bigger scale than it already was. I’m not excited about the future
We can understand it while not agreeing with it. Not at all laws are just, and the system has tons of flaws.
You guys are so comfortable saying the craziest things in a Hip Hop sub
correction: the u.s government will tell you that parole is a luxury
This makes me think about [No Limit rapper] Mac and the positive music he made after being released from jail, and how nobody's trying to hear that.
Well the supreme court just declared the president a king yesterday so literally everything in the constitution is already out the window.
True wild times
Executive order for BG to drop 16 bars
That ruling is terrible but nothing in it goes against the constitution. That’s the problem.
y'all have to stop giving a fuck about these made up rules. the constitution is an arbitrary document made by white supremacists to uphold the violent oppression of the colonized and the working class (slaves). it is a broken document that has needed amendment after amendment because it has always been flawed, and will always be flawed because laws are nothing more than violent threats made by the ruling, primary ethnic group. and in America's case, that ethnicity is whiteness.
republicans already don't give a fuck about what the constitution says, so why the fuck are we wasting time arguing about whether something that is categorically immoral/evil in the first place is "allowed" or "not allowed" by a stupid fucking document in the first place?!? just accept american democracy is a sham, has always been a sham, and that the veil is dropping.
fuck the constitution, fuck the american government, and fuck all these stupid ass rules that exist to keep us enslaved, oppressed, pacified, and controlled.
start organizing with people in your community to ensure you have what you need to survive: food, water, shelter, and security. mutual aid is what keeps humans safe and healthy. not laws, not government, and not the stupid fucking constitution that gets attacked and dismantled every time the supreme court makes a decision.
Nigga I never defended the constitution you need to chill tf out 😭
He had to get it off his chest mane
I get it shits been aggravating even more so than usual.
it is a broken document that has needed amendment after amendment because it has always been flawed
Id argue that the amendability of the constitution is a feature, not a bug. Like you said, it was made by humans, and humans tend to make mistakes, so the fact that it can be changed from those mistakes is a good thing.
But I’m more curious as to what you think we should do instead? Obviously there needs to be some rule of law, how do you propose we do that?
Talk about being unhinged
White suburbanites who think hiphop is cool and trendy.
where is the white supremacism in this thread you speak of? People can say it’s an unhinged take to say we don’t need the Constitution because the same constitution that admittedly enabled slavery is the same Constitution which ended it.
It’s the same Constitution which has made the nation with the world’s wealthiest, most successful, and most prosperous black people on earth. Those facts make a criticism of the Constitution on the basis that it was created by and exists only to serve white supremecist interests is false.
Hate all you want, that is your right, but some get annoyed when you ignore the good and focus on the bad. It’s just as ignorant as ignoring the bad and only focusing on the good.
nothing i said was unhinged and if you think so, you either lack critical thinking skills or simply have let the delusion set it.
wake the hell up. you wont survive the crisis coming soon with this kind of terrible, ungrounded mindset.
Lmao “you won’t survive the crisis”
This internet reactionary shit is tiring. Having the internet point to every news story and say “I promise bro look the world is gonna collapse any minute” gets boring when it turns out they’re totally wrong.
I’m sure you and the rest of the internet will have forgotten about this apocalypse inducing SCOTUS decision by the end of this month. By then there will be another world ending event you’re talking about.
Like SCOTUS repealing yet another case that defends democracy and humans rights.
Or knowing that our president knows that he could do damn anything he wants but refuse to pack the courts to fix the problem.
Everyone can see the writing on the wall but you tbh.

Lmao yall want me to believe that in a year we are going to all be fighting to survive like it’s Mad Max, but you also think Reddit will be here so you can gloat?
You people are so unserious omg it’s hilarious
Trump came out and said his jan 6th plot was an official act btw.
This is a precedent setting case.
Not really. The case that decides what the presidents “official” acts will be.
The president having some kind of immunity for acts while serving has been a thing forever, the Supreme Court just hasn’t had to rule on it yet. Since everyone is talking about assassinations - Obama drone striked a US citizen during his term without judicial proceedings. Which would be a crime, if the president wasn’t allowed some kind of immunity.
I don’t understand why you’re being downvoted when you’re cooking. Take my upvote
You read all that and got “government bad”
No wonder we’re fucked
This guy’s other comment certainly says that: https://www.reddit.com/r/hiphopheads/s/Gz0kkzbCPu
Damn if only there were reason both those countries are like that (looks at the how the French and US and utterly fucked those two every chance they get).
Perhaps the most bogus take possible. If we have no Constitution we have nothing. You think today's ruling was bad? Imagine one with no Constitution. Imagine one where the president is actually a king. You're so privileged by your comfortable lifestyle talking bullshit on the internet that you've probably forgotten that some people are jailed and killed for their opinions.
Was not solely made by white supremacists, was not solely made to uphold violent oppression, the Constitution is literally the only thing protecting your complaints about the Constitution. It's deeply flawed and needs to be amended because laws are made by humans, who are also deeply flawed and need to change.
Overall though it's one of the greatest grants of rights in human history and has enabled a nation where people can learn about things like class consciousness and oppression and colonialism and how we have a violent and oppressive history. LAWS ARE THE CHAINS THAT FREE US. We wouldn't have hip hop without the constitution protecting freedom of expression (what other nation allows shit like "Fuck the Police?") If you're gonna complain, at least make it interesting. Don't recite high school talking points.
LAWS ARE THE CHAINS THAT FREE US
Dumbest shit I ever read fr
Lots of other nations are more free btw. There’s literally a freedom index, and we are not at the top my dude
Yeah and all those nations have laws. What exactly are you trying to get at?
And they all have strong governments
That doesn’t even have a meaning first off.
Secondly the issue isn’t about whether the US government is “strong” or “weak.”
The issue is whether it is benevolently intended, and it literally never has been. It is literally based on white supremacy, colonialism, privileged classes, wealth disparity, etc.
And even past that and the standard problems with capitalism and specifically neoliberalism, the United States is a police state with the most prisoners ever to exist literally and undercurrents of theocracy intertwined with its bigoted and anti-worker history.
But I get that this is a terrible sub to expect any level of understanding of history or political science or anything
You dropped this 👑
Oh my bad. Didn’t see your username. Not really interested in whether you’re actually that dumb or a troll
“Laws are just like, made up, man. Nothings real”
The news is really overblowing that line and they literally just said what was already the case for all practical purposes. Oh shocker, the office which directed the CIA to sell crack to black people in the 80s is actually immune from criminal prosecution. Who would've guessed. Plus, Mother Jones is as biased as it gets.
This is probably constitutional though because he's on supervised release from prison. If you're on house arrest you could be prevented from going to church, and that wouldn't be unconstitutional, even though it seems like they're preventing freedom of religion/expression.
This guy obviously knows better than the three supreme court justices who dissented
Perhaps I know as well as the 6 justices who didn't dissent.
The media's reaction has been overblown. In any case, Justice Jackson wrote a much better dissent than Sotomayor.
babe, there ain't nothing overblown. if the supreme court justices said a president can assassinate political rivals and civilians, a president can assassinate political rivals and civilians lol.
They didn’t say that.. did you even read a summary of the ruling?
They didn't say that a president could do that at all. They said that a president is immune for their official actions. That doesn't mean that Trump is totally immune, it means that lower courts need to figure out whether he was acting officially (i.e., pursuant to statute or the constitution) or not. The issue was that lower courts decided Trump could be criminally liable without deciding whether he was acting officially.
My guess is Trump is still held criminally liable because telling state officials to ignore the law is not a duty of the president.
because telling state officials to ignore the law is not a duty of the president.
Why, it's how legal weed exists.
The executive branch is also in charge of enforcing laws. They can just ignore courts if they feel like it which has happened in the past.
That’s different. The federal government (via the president) can choose not to enforce its own law, The president can’t tell a state government to not enforce its own law (because the constitution gives the president no power over state government).
Do we think that r/conservative is mad about someone’s Freedom of Speech TM being taken away like this?
Lol. Who am I kidding….
You should post this on there. I would but I’m banned lmfao.
Bruh I’ve been banned for prob 2 years lol
That sub is disgustingly hypocritical and delusional.
It's crazy how much rap and black music more generally has carved out the first amendment compared to like any other topic.
One of the lyrics used in the Young Thug case was literally "we be committin them crimes."
Our system is designed to assume you're innocent until you're proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, but when a black man vaguely gestures at committing a crime in a song suddenly it's sworn testimony.
Lyric: we be committin them crimes
Video: cuts to them jaywalking across tchoupitoulas.
When you're name is on a car that was used in a murder, yeah saying "we be commiting them crimes" is kind of an admission of said crimes.
You can say literally anything you want if you haven't committed the crimes ya know. You do realize most rappers lie and aren't being served right?
I'm not saying he's innocent. From everything I've read he absolutely did a lot of the shit he's accused of.
BUT that doesn't mean that using his lyrics as evidence is justified.
Like, if the cops had tortured him to get a confession, that would still be a violation of his rights even if he did the crime.
With lyrics, you aren't swearing an oath before saying them, and we shouldn't be assuming everything a rapper says is true. In fact, I would argue that the legal standpoint should be that anything said in a song is fiction until you can prove it happened.
Because sure, he can say "I killed so-and-so with a glock at 7 Eleven," but all that definitively proves is that he knows so-and-so was killed at a 7 Eleven. Most of that shit is public knowledge when these rappers say it.
Rappers have an incentive to talk up their criminality for the same reason we make movies about mafia bosses. To a certain demographic (young men), talking about being a badass gangster is cool.
And there's precedent out there for people assuming actors were bad people if they wanted to play a villain. Going back to the early days of theater there's been a weird prejudice against actors who play bad guys, even occasionally resulting in legal scrutiny.
We recognize today that going after Marlon Brando for pretending to be a gangster is wrong. We need to extend that right to musicians.
I have no problem with cops looking into things rappers say. I solely have a problem with judges and other legal officials using song lyrics as direct evidence of a crime, or of criminal behavior.
Lyrics are, at best, evidence that a rapper knows about what they're saying. If their lyrics reveal that they knew something before anyone else could have, go ahead. If they're just saying "I shot that guy," but everyone knows that guy was shot, it shouldn't be treated as a confession. You or I could have said that, and we're all supposed to be equal in the eyes of the law.
Not rap, but the stooges have a a chorus ‘So my idea of fun is killing everyone.’ I don’t think iggy was investigated for mass homicide
Yes that's how lyrics are being used. No one is being arrested because they said they killed someone in a song. They're getting arrested because they killed someone and then rapped about it in a song.
Writing a book about a crime you did is the same thing
If this were true, detectives would be showing up to interrogations with beat tapes instead of McMuffins & soda.
No, it isn't. They're being arrested because they're suspected of a crime, then during the trial the prosecution is saying "See? He said he be committin them crimes."
They aren't using the lyrics as an impetus to begin the process, they're using them as evidence that he committed the crimes he's accused of.
Frankly I don't think a book should be used as evidence either. Again, an author has a financial incentive to get eyes on their book.
Unless they said something in that book that nobody else could have known, the book doesn't demonstrate anything.
Unless Young Thug was rapping shit he couldn't have known otherwise, it doesn't prove anything. I could have told you that "wiping someone's nose" was gang slang for murder, and I am distinctly not a gang member. That's not evidence, it's tough talk to sell albums.
If you or your gang are suspected of shooting up someone's mom's house. If you make a song, write a book, tell a friend on the phone, tell a cashier at McDonald's you did it, it will be used as evidence. It's that clear.
It's so crazy that a huge part of hip hop protecting known murderers and loopholing their confessions. And no offense, I don't know if you are or not but it's disgusting to me that especially on Reddit, the VAST majority of people doing it are white people that are just looking to be further entertained by black people being killed and turned into a song
White guy. I’m not here to see his demise turned into a clever rhyme. I’m here because I remember them prosecuting people for even selling these albums. Censorship of music is absurd. That’s what them also does to music as a whole if thug goes to prison and we be committing crimes was used as evidence…let’s back away from that line, let’s play it safe as to not offend. This shit is real and serious. I for one appreciate rap as just another music genre, but it’s deserves its free speech. Period.
This guy gets it, not a Criminal or GA lawyer but have followed just about every day of the Young Thug trial. The defense has tried to make the point a few times that Young Thug is a character persona taken on by Jeffrey Williams for exactly these reasons. Unfortunately the RICO case against Thug is built largely on this sort of speculative evidence like lyrics and social media posts that he knew of the people committing the crimes rather then physical evidence. I think it's possible Thug was involved in some criminal enterprises along his way to rapper stardom. But it's also possible that he had hanger-ons who were actual criminals and used the YSL branding for their crimes well after Thug disassociated with them. Just a shame that because of RICO rules the state has been allowed to keep him locked up all this time without bail, that shit is truly criminal.
Lol get used to that thought. The US constitution might as well not exist any more
Our constitution means nothing.
Hey, that's not true.
It means whatever 6 conservative judges and their bidders think it means.
Prior censorship is unconstitutional af.
He got off easy, really can't complain about this even though it is weird
The first amendment does not guarantee absolute free speech. The government can't suppress expression of your opinions or beliefs but the first amendment is not a license to say or do anything you want to.
Right, but in this case they are absolutely suppressing expression of opinions/beliefs lol
This is expression of opinions you dumbass
You can say whatever you want. It's the consequences that you're not protected from.
You can murder whoever you want too. It's just the consequences of prison you're not protected from.
That's how law works. I don't disagree with you. Lol
Let’s get that SCOTUS ruling working lol
“BG can drop whatever he wants, Jack” - Biden
Clarence Thomas he not like us - Biden
Probably something he would say tbh.
Kamala actually did just say this 🤦♂️
Harris made a surprise appearance during the 2024 BET Awards in a pre-taped bit paid for by the Biden/Harris campaign in which she sis’d down with fellow Howard University alum and awards show host Taraji P. Henson.
We did it joe!
For some reason it's way cornier that she would say this.
Probably the career of prosecuting weed offenses in Kendrick's home state 🤷♂️
It disgusts me.
I hate all these fuckers
I prefer the corny decent people to the fascists tbh
Kamala Harris prided herself on being the “Top Cop” of California as she imprisoned the Black folks of her state for smoking weed then turned around and pretended that she smoked weed while listening to Tupac to seem relatable and garner votes. She forced trans inmates to prisons of the opposite gender and explicitly refused to transfer them when they were being routinely raped.
Decent where???
EDIT: no way you said this with the three arrows as your pfp 🤦♂️
You are hopeless if you actually think one side of the party line is full of “corny yet decent people” lmao. None of these people are decent people.
"Unironic woke capitalist" lmao shut the fuck up G
I hope more people sit out this year, and cost Biden the election just to piss you off.
you are right, but it's more like the same corrupt bunch stays in power and "we'll get em next time!" or we risk going back to trump at the helm and he might literally sell out/fuck up the country so bad it causes ww3 (combined with other geopolitical events) so I unfortunately am going to side with the corruption we know this time and hope we really have a better option next time.
side with the corruption we know this time and hope we really have a better option next time.
It has been this way for 5 decades. When are we just playing ourselves with this strategy?
when the other option is not this much objectively worse and a national security threat.
I'm with you, we need drastic change. But I'm a lot more worried about what a second trump term would look like in today's geopolitical climate (and after jan 6).
Decent is a stretch. More like elite oligarchs. But you make a valid point that they aren't fascist in the way Trump is.
It's "the illusion of freedom and democracy with bread and circuses while you barely scrape by" vs. "Mussolini takes on D.C." Neither are decent. But one is preferable.
Though the hubris of the oligarchy putting forward Biden as the alternative candidate to fascism while in his current state combined with the increasingly dramatic rise in cost of living for the past 50 years regardless of party in charge makes one wonder if it ought not just fall down now.
Because eventually this system will fail to sustain itself and come crumbling down in a bloody heap. It's now a matter of when, not if.
I’m confused why when I say I hate a self-proclaimed cop who locked Black people up by the thousands for weed while bragging about smoking it to garner votes people wanna bring up fascists and Trump???
A distinction between cops and fascists is a distinction with little difference
Establishment democrats are not decent people. They’re just weak and incompetent. Yes, that is better than fascism. But it’s fucked that our choices are the slow apocalypse and the fast apocalypse
“Oh you thought we were taking about yachts? That’s gonna be your last trip, try to tell me it’s not” - Biden
I mean from reading the article it seems this is a federal case so Biden could just pardon him
Girrrl you know I’m out here on these streets with BG
This is some actual bullshit. He had a gun without the right paperwork - a legit crime, I agree he should be punished appropriately - but the punishment is that he isn't allowed to associate with anyone who ever had a criminal conviction? And then he played a music festival with Boosie and Gucci Mane who both have charges and now he's fucked because of that????? And the prosecution specifically cited his lyrics and say he shouldn't be allowed to glorify crimes????????? He got absolutely set up. Prosecutors should be helping him rehabilitate, which involves letting him work as a rapper.
It's racism, all the way down
Would never happen to a white pop singer lol
nah they got my boy JT with the glock and said he aint allowed to rap about yayo no mo
Imagine if they told timberlake that he couldn’t rap about alcohol without alerting his PO
Not a fucking chance
they aren't really putting themselves into situations to where that outcome could be debated.
Siri google white pop stars caught with cocaine
😂
1000000%.
Could you imagine a white actor getting this condition? Sir, you’re no longer allowed to play any characters that may have a criminal history, act in any movies with other previously convicted actors and we need to approve any acting roles before you can agree to take them on 😂
Eminem had a similar gun charge! But his lyrics weren't used to prosecute him, even though this was 2001, with the moral panic in full effect. The terms of his probation were that he had to get his GED, go to therapy, do an anger management course, couldn't have a gun, had to have regular random drugs testing, and had to work with law enforcement if he was leaving the state or country (the judge specifically said it was best if he could keep working). Imagine if the judge had told 2001 Eminem that he was legally prohibited from rapping about violence, drugs or anything glorifying the idea of being a corrupting influence on children, and he would go to prison if he worked with or even talked to Dr. Dre?!
Yeah it’s ridiculous
Did he take a guilty plea?
That makes a difference too.
Eminem wasn't trying to show out for the streets or stick to a made up "g-code" over his crimes.
You get rappers like B.G. who won't talk to lower his sentence, and you get rappers like C-Murder who claims to know who really was the shooter, but won't say a word to grant his freedom.
Imagine if white people did stuff like this to the folks they give 3 years in jail for insider trading, touching/ abusing kids, being doctors and abusing patients, being a coach for a high school or college team and abusing team members..
Imagine if George Zimmerman had to get the okay from the Government before he went around signing bags of Skittles and Arizona cans for white supremacists. Shit like that.
I think you mean George Zimmerman not Floyd…
You are beyond correct, thank you for your service. What a fucking mistake lmao
Yea a bit of an unfortunate mistake. Understand the meaning though
Definitely unfortunate, makes me look like a bit of an ass if I can’t get names right AND that one was really the wrong one to use. No excuse for it honestly
How did he get a 14-year FED case for having “a gun without the right paperwork?”
There must be more to story right?
3 guns, two of which were stolen.
That’s a bit different than having “a gun without the right paperwork.”
Any chance we could post about this under tweets posted by big rappers to get their attention? Now would be a great time for them to openly address this in their music since this could affect them after all. The more loud voices, the better.
Which rappers do you think would be good voices for it who are online? Ice-T faced his own problems with censorship and he does actually read his replies, but he's a rapper of an older generation and I don't know if he'll be able to motivate younger people.
He’s on parole
"Dorsey fell under scrutiny from federal probation officers after he performed at a concert in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he now lives, alongside fellow rapper Boosie – and he had also released an album with 2020 Grammy nominee Gucci Mane."
"...Both Boosie and Gucci Mane – under their respective legal names, Torence Hatch Jr and Radric Davis – each have prior felony convictions, prosecutors have said. Prosecutors also maintained that Dorsey did not obtain the necessary clearance to produce such work, which they argued also undermined his goals of rehabilitation, citing lyrics that exalted a pair of men who are serving sentences of life imprisonment after being linked to multiple murders in a drug dealing and gang-violence racketeering case."
..."As prosecutors asked, Morgan also reiterated that Dorsey must not work with people previously convicted of felonies unless given permission to do so, among other special conditions. She furthermore ordered him to complete 400 hours of unpaid community service."
I see people ITT saying that because he's on probation these conditions apply. IMO that's bullshit. The spirit of probation conditions should be to prevent recidivism. Associating with prior convicted felons who have successful careers, and who can boost your career, breaks the spirit of these conditions. All this looks like is the "justice" system using a technicality to try and trap someone back in prison. What rapper(s) don't have felonies on their record, especially in the lane BG is in? They're basically fucking him over career wise. The 400 hours of community service just backs that claim up for me. They're preventing him from earning clean income with the excuse of probation violations.
And mfers in this very thread, on a hip hop forum, will use the existence of these technicalities to justify the abuse by the system. Disgusting tbh.
There's a frequent poster on this sub that says unironically that the United States federal government is the most trustworthy institution that has ever existed.
Reddit is a joke when it comes to representing the communities that subreddits should represent
That’s overstepping boundaries.
The government are habitual line steppers
Rest in Peace Charlie Murphy
All he needs to do is become president so everything he does is legal
Surprising to see this happen in the US, it's something you see a lot in the UK though. For example, there's this about Digga D:
[UK Drill rapper Digga D] must notify the police within 24 hours of releasing new music, and provide them with the lyrics. If a court finds that his words incite violence, he can be sent back to prison; parole conditions also limit what he can say publicly about his past.
His music always has stuff censored in it it's kinda jarring at first.
So we're gonna get CIA Rap music but that Supreme Court ruling is gonna have us drinking Chevron water. Totally successful country.
There is a thing. I think it’s called a constitution. In that thing, there are like rights granted to all citizens of United States.
When you are incarcerated your rights are restricted
US government is a bitch
how do i get that job?
Man that’s dystopian. Does BG have it in him to make a concept album like The Wall? It would be a reach but I have faith.
Man I know a dude who got locked up because he refused to shovel the probation officer sidewalk/parking lot. Insane what they have the freedom to do to you. Stay outta the system bros
Hopefully the larger hip-hop community amplifies this story the way they've been amplifying lyrics being used in prosecution cases
You guys need to read up on digga d in the uk. All his lyrics regarding violence etc are censored. He does drill.
All jokes aside, he should just ghost write or create a bunch of tapes (save em) until his parole up in 2 years. He got time. Music (all music) kinda dry right now too.
The justice system should be to rehabilitate, not to punish. He’s already done time. Rapping keeps him out of the streets and lets him earn money. There is no reason to do this, it just pushes people back to where they were before doing time. This shit is just flat out racism, the goal is to keep back people in jail and never allow them to actually rehabilitate.
I thought us had free speech
I’m out on supervised release but my PO could drop by at any moment to make sure I’m not being rude
I cannot wait for this arc of young thugs career
So freedom of speech is dead.
1984
U.S. Gov: “How come you don’t rap like this nice young Jack Harlow fella?”
This is insane and sounds like it should be illegal, but at the same time it’s kind of hilarious in a way
"fReEdOm oFF SpEeEcH" 🤡
"aMeRiCa iS a fReE cOuNtRy" 🤡
- Do features count as well?
- Honestly that's just stupid. The government got bigger problems they need to solve.
What the fuck??
Goo gooberment
Oh god the effects of trumps immunity begins
That's a bar in itself
Is BG free again? Thought he went back in
This goes right along with everything else happening this week. Giving presidents immunity and now denying 1st amendment rights. America was nice while it lasted
Sir, I’m not approving this until you improve the 3rd verse
