Of course they were. Someone just accidentally removed them from the texture.
Seeing as how the low res version that you can freely switch to still has them, that doesn't seem likely. Instead what's far more likely is they just didn't create high res versions of the textures.
Dude, the Posters were there in the Release-Version. They removed it in a Patch.
They released the wrong version on multiple stores, I wouldn’t put it past them to do such an accident.
