"Jump! Jump! Jump!"

Honestly I just use an auto loader to avoid this issue. Could be your trailer causing the problem combined with the amount of pallets.
Try using a larger trailer
Having been a licensed tow motor operator for many moons, the Forklifts/pallets in game are woeful and do not brighten my day. I end up using an autoloader just because I'd rather be doing something productive vs spending an hour fighting with a pallet that welded itself to the forks and when you finally get it off it immediately proceeds to form a warp field and take it, the truck, the trailer and the forklift with it on its way to Betelgeuse. Buddy, I could've loaded 2 53' trailers and unload half a railcar of paper pulp in that time and it wouldn't have been nearly as stress inducing. I'll still do it manually for the more valuable loads just for the immersion factor but does it ever take some patience, and thats using a crapload of gaming/sim accessories to make it as real as possible that my budget allows.
After driving truck for over 20yrs i love that auto load feature. I dont have the patience to load trucks on this game. I am damn good with a fork lift IRL. But i hate them on this game. So auto load it is lol
It's the amount of pallets combined with the straps. I used to have this problem all the time. I ended up undoing the straps and then disconnecting it from the tractor.
A few suggestions
fewer pallets
make sure that the stacks of pallets aren't touching
use a sliding-floor trailer without straps, see here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGmEEaadYI4 or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uMPJzhO0Zo
Trying to avoid buying a truck and a autoloader rn so I try the other way for now, ty ๐
I've found the shipping containers (mod) to be fairly easy to load/unload even without autoload. Sidedoors and rear doors. Tip the trailer to dump it at the drop off or unload it with a tow motor. I'm quite enjoying my container/crane yard and having a standardized fleet swapping containers as needed. I can store crops/products in the containers in the yard stacked up. Use the crane to put them on my trailer and onwards it goes to where it's needed. I never need to disconnect my trailers anymore. Just dont lose track of what stack contains what........
Don't come knockin' if the pallet truck is rockin'
When the trailers a rocking, don't come a knocking
Add Music!!!
Call a priest
Hit dem switches!!!!
Those pallet excited to go to the shop
Disconnect the invisible Duracell bunny
He's getting excited
Twerk twerk twerk.
Call a priest this is an exorcist ๐
Unbuckle und Buckle the straps again, very quickly.
Check if jumping is still there, repeat if needed.
But most of the time that fixes nearly all my problems even on the first try.
I do it every pallet I add to the trailer, its just getting worse ๐
Great now I got low rider stuck in my head
Call the Ghostbusters. Definitely a possessed trailer!
I think you loaded too many pallets. If it does the same thing with less pallets, try different trailer maybe? I never used this trailer so I am not sure, but I experienced similar thing when I loaded 5 floors of bales.
Put some music on and rave
